I went out this morning and did the annual Frosty Meltdown workout at the local community center: 45 minutes of HIIT followed by 45 minutes of
yoga/pilates.
Then I engaged in an improper cooldown by running through the parking lot to my car so I could go home and shower. Now I am warm in my comfy chair,
swathed head to toe in sherpa, with coffee.
The Chiefs are playing, and tomorrow it will just be the three of us at home all day! Christmas will be good. We won't be seeing family until Thursday
next week for our celebrations.
Merry Christmas to all here. Even though times are tough, take stock of what you do have and be grateful for it. Things can always be much worse. It's
gratitude for what you have that makes life good.
For example, I am speculating right now that some of the sorriest people out there might be the referees: cold outfit, not much movement, and everyone
else there hates them.
