Who would guess those stupid tin foil hats were a clue we needed them after all? WTH? Why is it those guys are laughed at when we see the tech being used on us is worthy of some form of metal shielding? I am not going to be guilty of laughing too hard at them again. In fact I owe one or two a big apology. We would probably like a Faraday Cage to protect ourselves from electronic manipulation, but we can't live in one all the time... That would make us electronic versions of the progressively eccentric Howard Hughes.

Speaking of conspiracy and Christmas, I believe that parents lying to their children about the existence of a magical being that can do fantastic (impossible) tasks in a 24 hour period worldwide performs a valuable service for young minds.
When they find out that Santa doesn’t exist, they come to the shocking realization that the people that should love them the most will lie to them for very little reason.

There is one aspect to this that has me intrigued and that is how a strong minded person is nearly impossible to influence. I think that must have to do with the chemistry of someone confident and not fearful of their shadows.

It's funny how people continue to get confused about the difference between "freedom of expression from government interference or restriction" and "freedom of government to participate in expression".

My expectations are low but dinner is gonna be better than usual, although nothing compared to grammas or aunties cookin. Next year though should be top of the pops.
