When the DOJ filed their motion to stay the part of Cannon's ruling the applied to the classified documents, you thought it wouldn't be granted. It was granted for the exact reasons I stated.

When Trump tried to appeal that decision to the Supreme Court, you believed that not only would the Supreme Court choose to hear the case but that they'd side with Trump. They refused to hear the case for the exact reasons I stated.

When Cannon made her ruling appointing a special master, you heralded it as a great legal decision. It was ultimately overturned for the exact reasons why I called it a terrible election months before.

Lake not only failed to prove malicious intent, she failed to prove that any votes were even tossed out without being counted. Without proving both of those, she has no case.

Ballots were printed on the wrong size paper.

As PJ Media previously reported, Kari Lake’s legal team was granted the opportunity to inspect ballots prior to trial, and based on their review of a random selection of ballots, “48 of 113 ballots reviewed … were 19-inch ballots produced on 20-inch paper.”

According to Kari Lake’s team, this one-inch discrepancy caused “the mass rejection of these votes as they were attempted to be read through the tabulators.”

This wasn't an innocent mistake. Expert testimony confirms the ballots had to be configured this way. It rendered the ballots unreadable disenfranchising those votes. Why would Hobbs' own attorneys not want Lake's to see these ballots? Either they cheated on purpose or they didn't want anyone to know how incompetent Hobbs is in carrying out her duty to run the election.

Apologies if this has been posted, but I've been busy this week and did not have time to do a thorough search.

It was an innocent mistake caused by the toner running low in some printers and some technicians setting the printer boundaries incorrectly on others. All the questioned ballots were duplicated onto standard ballots by a bipartisan duplication board and counted. Human errors happen all the time.

That could very well be, it does seem like China has Biden and his miserable band of evil henchmen, are very much, playing to China's tune.

Hobbs is/was as popular and well liked as Biden was/is by Republicans; there's no way this was a fair election. JMO

She is the equivalent of the only begotten daughter Al Sharpton and Nancy Pelosi in most peoples eyes.

Add a few thousand "innocent errors" here...to a few thousand over there.....and a bunch more peeking out from under the rug over there...and what do you potentially have?

An Election that was NOT LEGITIMATE.

Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel is definitely on her way out..

Maybe she should team up with disgraced Liz Cheney to form a crybaby group for losers in politics.

Fingers crossed they bring in Pillow Man. That's definitely the way to get the GOP back on track.

Anyone who has integrity, honesty, and is a quick study, can do a better job than Ronna McDaniel. That makes many millions of Republicans eligible for the job.

If they were duplicated on standard ballots and corrected then how were 48 out of 100 random ballots ( or whatever number) still found to be the wrong size?

LOL. But don't you think the variety of personalities here on ATS is a good thing?

I belong to a couple of forums related to Insurance and Finance (my career). Everyone is so respectful and flexible. Not a fun place. Just ask your question, get advice, go away until you have another question.

Thankyou! It will be interesting to see if we've found a judge who sees the large number of "mistakes" as something he wouldn't accept, if he ended up on the losing side.

Well results for the other AZ lawsuit are already in and judge said nothing suspicious even though they proved with an election employees testimony that ballots aren’t counted till they get to their second location and there’s no count or chain of custody between polling location and printing center where they make a stop to be counted before going to tabulation place. So I don’t see why Kari Lake should expect anything different it is the same judge. Sucks for those of us in AZ.

I think the latest omnibus spelled that out perfectly. The lack of judicial remedy ensures that coffin stays shut.
