Of course, it will pass and of course, politicians will grandstand it doesn't change the fact that dropping a 1.7 trillion dollar spending bill at the last moment gives those opposed no chance for debate.

They have kicked it down the road for months to curb oversight and debate and FWIW it's part of the process. If you want your pork barrel crap passed then you need to support A B C, this way there is some give and take.

I don't trust either party mind you, but if a spending bill is properly audited and debated it at least gives those opposed some ammunition on other projects.
