In a artlice by Forbes they are claiming that Ukraine has "deradicalized its extremist troops" while not before admitting that the Extremist troops are planning for a Counteroffensive as seen in recent videos from Ukraine.

At least to be fair to the article unlike some they are admitting that Ukraine has integrated "far right groups into its army" reminding the readers that "Azov Movement" is the largest group/organization in Ukraine.

The Azov Battalion had being receiving western weaponry.

They're boots on the group fighting against a foreign invader so they're the good guys, even if you don't agree with their politics.
