I'd taken a break from conspiracies for a bit, but this left me gobsmacked. IF this isn't the clearest statement of intent to violate soverign governments with military force, I don't know what is!

I don’t think Charles wants to take over the world.

The way I interpreted his speech was that we western societies need to bring manufacturing back to their homelands.

By doing this thd environmental impact China is slaughtering the world with will diminish.

By stating a “warlike mentality” in my eyes is a good thing as each country will have a manufacturing base so should the crap hit the fan, we can still soldier on!

Thd way things are now we have no control on how our stuff is made, no guarantee of supply.

I really think this is what is meant. And to ensure better environmental risk western societies would at least show respect for their own homeland.

I don’t think the intent is to start an actual war.

We as western societies need to bring manufacturing back.

Whether it's "it's" or "his" he's still talking about resources that dwarf GDPs. I suspect he's talking about much more than ideas like national sovereignty.

I love how the camera flicked to Bangladesh when he mentioned poor nations...
If this speech was all about protectionism and sovereignty I'd imagine the speech would be about congratulating the UN, IMF and WHO.

Yet he says "with the greatest respects" that nations individually and collectively are unfit for purpose, in his own words we're out of time.

I think he alludes to a NATO type system to deal with global issues that naturally transcend borders.

He said "military style". Meaning the same level of detailed organisation. Which U'S. President (was it Clinton?) once declared that a particular problem was "the moral equivalent of war" [MEOW]? This is the same idea. Just as the Salvation Army was based on the idea of "war against Satan".

War as a metaphor. Not the seme thing as intending war in a literal sense.

Yes. Reminds me of how (long ago), people would sometimes say, "this isn't the Normandy landing" to mean that a given task was not particularly complex. Hehe, these days, no one would realize what one meant by such a turn of phrase.

Cheers

Hi Rob,

Agree that manufacturing in the West is in a sorry state.

Many bad decisions made without reference to what kind of vulnerabilities they would create.

Cheers

No maybe you're right mate.

Did find it interesting that his personal Twitter account was used to mark the launch of 'The Great Reset' though.

Good vid here about it in case you don't know what it is (many don't).

Cheers.

Chaz has been saying stuff like this for decades , "military style" campaign does not equal military force.

King Chaz has as much power as he did when he was plain old Prince Chaz .... none.

This guy wants depopulation of the planet. He could be seen as the #1 proponent next to Klaus and Gates.

Charles aught to keep his big mouth shut. He should NOT be allowed to voice any opinion, political or otherwise. You say he has no power, I would disagree. He automatically has the ear of the media, not like me or you, that is influence. Influence he should not have.

I think that you are over-analysing. It's a statement of the equivalence of effort. He's not actually saying the military should be involved.

You say he has no power, I would disagree.

It could be said he has less power now than he did when the video was filmed because now he is Monarch he's legally restricted in what he can comment on because of constitutional rules.

It's sad you think in a Democracy someone should not be allowed to voice any opinion , just because you disagree with their opinion on a certain topic.

It's not a democracy and if Charles has his way he wants a Monarchy. Because that really (with his statements and interference in political matters) what he wants. He is pushing the boundaries that he should have no business doing.

I would agree with you if the media courted me for my opinions, but they don't and neither should he have that privilege.

Excerpt:

here we need a vast military-style campaign to marshal the strength of the global private sector, with trillions at its disposal, far beyond global GDP, and with the greatest respect beyond even the governments of the world's leaders, it offers the only real prospect of achieving fundamental economic transition

Fundamental economic transition... why does that phrasing sound familiar... 🤨

And what exactly does "beyond the governments" mean? What institution supercedes the republic and those elected to represent our interests?
