I figure that Omicron brain damage should be like repairing the brain from prion damage. After all, prions are abnormal proteins unfolding in the brain. Likewise, Covid/Omicron is abnormal proteins unfolding in the brain. Alzheimer's is abnormal proteins unfolding in the brain. Parkinson's is abnormal proteins unfolding in the brain. And even Multiple Sclerosis is abnormal proteins unfolding in the myelin sheaths of neurons in the brain.

So the solution is NEUROGENESIS. Although we all want that quick fix pill, there is no quick fix pill for Neurogenesis. It takes time to repair and rebuild the brain. For some, it might take 2 years. For others, it might take 5 years.

So here's my creative regimen for Neurogenesis brought on by Covid/Omicron Ba.1 brain damage of the olfactory tract, olfactory bulb, hypothalamus and any other areas of the brain it might have got into.

Part 1. Brain Food for Neurogenesis
1. Magnesium for new cell formation. Has to be Magnesium Oxide. Do not use magnesium citrate or you'll end up with diarrhea.
2. Good B-Vitamins
3. Really good high quality B12
4. Ginseng
5. Gingko Biloba
6. Bacopa Mannieri
7. High quality Ashwaganda
8. Toothed Clubmoss, huperzia serrata
9. Lion's Mane, mushroom
10. Reishi mushrooms
11. Cordyceps mushrooms
12. Turkey tail mushrooms
13. Chaga mushrooms
14. King Trumpet mushrooms
15. Maitake Mushrooms
16. Antrodia Mushrooms
17. Shiitake Mushrooms
18. Himematsutake mushrooms
19. Astragalus root
20. Colorful foods for antioxidants, blue, purple, red, orange, yellow

Part 2. Brain Stimulation for Neurogenesis
Right now, all the research points to use of ultrasound or ultrasonic sound to stimulate astrocytes to multiply and repair damaged neurons, dendrites and tissue in the brain. I don't really have access to an ultrasound machine to use on my head, so I downloaded ultrasonic music or music enhanced with ultrasonic sounds.

That's what I came up with. Not your standard answer but it seems to be working for me. Not sure if "the expert doctors" have any better answers as many are brushing off "Long Covid" as if it doesn't exist.

I figure we all have some form of brain damage or another from Covid/Omicron (ba.1) and we all need a little brain work.

Excellent posts, thank you.
You and I are on the same page of the book as it were.
I've said since the original C19 hit that it would impact the nervous system.
As a Clinical Aromatherapist it has been an interesting journey with the essential oils. Interestingly, there is an oil which repairs damage to the myelin sheath around our nerves. I dowse for my clients Essential Oils. I dowsed for a general but safe blend of oils people could use for Long-Covid after the first wave in 2020. This oil popped up as one of the oils, another was a natural anti-coagulant.

long Covid lmfao

It is real.
It was released.
I have not, nor will take the vax (control psyop).
Long Covid is real, probably part of it's design.

Long covid only exists in leftist white women.

I am a very active Conservative, middle aged, White Male who has worked since I was 12.
It whooped my ass for better than a year.

In answer to your question about the body's ability to regulate temperature, yes mine returned within a month but during that time it was 'on and off'. Also along with the coldness was claminess. It's pretty much gone now. And the same with my taste and smell.

I also am still suffering with on an off stabbing pain over or behind my left eye, it comes from nowhere and I've never been prone to headaches.

Also I have episodes of, what I call Covid confusion - I am doing things that I've never done before - like instead of putting the ground coffee in my French press I put it in the water kettle - among other things. I started taking a supplement called Ginko Biloba and maybe it's the placebo effect, but I do these weird things less often. I told my family if they are looking for something in particular look in a place where it should not be.

This was almost as bad as the fatigue.
I call it the 'covid fog', it's like I can't get my thoughts organized as I once could.

Oh the fatigue is rough, I normally sleep 7 hours a night - since getting Covid I sleep anywhere from 9 to 11 hours a night. Although I started taking B12 and eating liverwurst for extra iron and it's getting down to 8 to 9 hours over the last three days.

I am trying everything and anything to see what might work to bring me back to some semblance of normality.

Time.
That is all that I have found. It's been two years, either I have gotten better or I have gotten used to it.
As for sleep, I range from 4 to 6 hrs. I sleep more on the weekends now though.

Two years is a very long time to be suffering with Covid fog/confusion and I have a part-time on call job which I am avoiding taking assignments due to fear of screwing up at work.
