I'd like to say there's no chance of this happening but.....
I know up until just a few years ago I would have said that no way would people let this happen but seems to me like they've been brainwashed and browbeaten into blindly accepting things like this.

I sincerely hope I'm wrong.

I assume once everyone's car is an EV they will just program them to shut off if you stray outside of your zone.

How dare you protest, don't you want to save the planet?

It's gentrification.

They just want the smelly useless polluters out of town. They'll be allowed back when they clean their act up I'm sure.

In the meantime there'll be endless support from our benevolent leaders as they show us all a better way. We're so blessed
