It seems the world will never be the same.

A little quercetin and good tonic water with zinc
Has been helpful in our household.

Something to keep an eye on...

Also for some reason fresh mandarin oranges
seem very helpful.

Nail on head for various reasons as to why we are seeing an uptick in Strep A.
Too early on a Sunday for me to go into why I agree with the 'mechanism' why this is happening.
As bad as the adverse reactions are to the 'jab', my personal view is we need to get a complete picture of the now accepted GoF of so called SARS-CoV-2 FIRST, then we'll have a better understanding of the jab.
Thank you for posting.

There's something going around this area right now that doesn't go down in your lungs, just inflames the upper part of your bronchial tubes enough that you get bronchitis from it. It doesn't test positive for COVID because everyone, including myself, who has had it tests over and over and consistently comes up negative. Your lungs will sound clear to any doctor, but you can't breathe and any little thing that causes you to draw a deep breath will set you off with a coughing fit. You may or may not cough up a gob of crud with it.

It's nasty because that's the only symptom - no fever, no chills, no nasal congestion ... So you really can't tell if you're actually sick or not because it's off and on how much you can or can't breathe. I fought it for three weeks before hitting the doctor, and there's a gal in our training group fighting it now and she sounds exactly like I did.

I *finally* stopped coughing all the time.

Back in the late 70s and onwards people, especially me, used to get bronchitis every year. This was in Germany, where we didn't fuss so much.
My bronchitis was usually so bad I couldn't move or I couldn't breathe. Sitting still was fine.
Mum used to make me teas and soups and after 2 weeks I would be ok but left with an awful deep cough, which eventually cleared up. This could take weeks.
Not covid. Good old fashioned bronchitis. It used to be a thing. Now everything is looooooooong cOviD. 🙄🤪

Yes, because the GOF is causing issues with the vaxxed and unvaxxed.
The spike protein is not going away like it should and is settling into various organs: spleen, gall bladder, heart, brain, etc.
Causing debilitating fatigue.
Brain fog, and digestive issues.
Hearing, smell and taste issues.

I am guessing that what we are calling "long covid" is what is also being called "MIS-A"??

The very first time / worst time we got CoVid was right when they started talking about it on the news.
They weren't sure it was in the US yet. I was visiting one of my customers in South San Francisco. A sheet metal shop owned by a Chinese guy everyone calls Charlie. His workforce seriously looks like guys working to pay off their crossing into the US. That time hit very hard like a flu but no lasting effects.
The second time was at the following Christmas. My stepson the teacher brought it home. This time we didn't even think we had it until we all lost our taste and smell. This was the episode that left us both with lingering effects. 3rd time was the following Christmas again my Stepson brought it home. We really had zero effect from it, just like a sinus issue for one day. rightt a reply to: DontTreadOnMe

I read somewhere that intermittent fasting could help eliminate or reduce symptoms of long covid. I’ve had the jab and had covid at least twice. Recently got so tired from an exhausting inventory at work, over 14 hours on day 1 and over 18000 steps on day 1 that I felt pretty tired on day 2 of inventory and a virus I had suddenly got a lot worse like the flu Sunday morning but seemed to dramatically get better with more sleep so much so that hardly anyone noticed when I returned to work Monday even though I still felt bad. DayQuil and NyQuil work wonders to suppress symptoms too. Made me wonder if maybe it was covid again based on how fast I recovered last week. I didn’t want to take a home test if I barely had symptoms at work. Probably just a bad cold going around.

Anyway many of the same things that make covid worse I thought I read would make you healthier anyway. Cut back on sugar. Do occasional intermittent fasting, etc, etc. I found out I’ve been doing it for years on my time off from work. I just called it sleeping in and eating brunch. I started eating brunch a lot later in the day after I found out it was healthy to do so. It did concern me a bit when I heard the jab creates DNA. I was wondering how long that new DNA stays in your body. I’m also taking 5000 IU of vitamin D a day. I am thinking about getting tested for vitamin D levels after hearing both too much or too little is not healthy. I heard reports a proper amount of vitamin D helps with covid symptoms. I only recently started taking it and ran out when I came down with the bad cold a couple weeks prior. I don’t like getting sick. 18000 steps is exhausting in a single day. I am tired at over 10000 steps in a single day. My job is temporarily a lot more physically demanding.

I will add those steps are in steel toed safety shoes which are not nearly as comfortable as walking shoes.
