These events have been going on since roughly 2006 and Jade Helm. These acts of “Vandalism” as it were are not a bunch of rednecks deciding to shut down the power, as they all have their trailer parks to get back to.

No, this was a military op and I can break it down as to why I think it is.

The way the gate was breached. They knocked down the post with the hinges to the gate. This is a tactical move to keep anyone from shutting them in, should either law enforcement or any other agency be fast enough to catch them unaware. The deliberate and precise targeting, of the area, also speaks to a skill set that was trained and practiced. While we do have plenty of veterans who know their craft, they like many others are patriots and are not going to make their fellow Americans suffer without power during winter.

So on top of that, you have how the media is handling it. Notice they are not talking terrorism. Anyone in their right mind would see this as terrorism and not the local inbreeds having a go at the power grid. Also notice how quickly they brought up the Anti Drag Protests, white supremacy, and are now pitching new gun legislation to keep high power assault weapons out of the hands of the law abiding.

I have seen enough to know when my government or its agents are at work.

A criminal or a group of criminals would of course be smart enough to realize that every bank has a back up supply in place. Unless they know the banks that don’t. Usually bank robbery would make headline news when it is substantial. Such as to give a special ops team walking around money for a foreign job they are about to do off the books.

The idea that this is militia or some other separatist group is what the government uses to put fear into the hearts and minds of the sheeple so they’ll bleat for more legislation. Notice how nobody has been arrested? We have people who get arrested within 24 hours of a car accident. You’re going to tell me that the power stations have no cameras to monitor anything? Traffic cameras? The only reason why you haven’t had some band of hillbillies arrested is because they were likely riding around in a Deuce and a half, and drove it back to base.

This crossed my mind too. I definitely don't think it was a few rednecks just shooting up the place. Whoever did it knew exactly what they were doing and where to shoot to take them off grid. Thought maybe it could also be a disgruntled employee but it sounds like there were to many people in on it for that.

I would like to see pics of the locations.

Yes but now there's thousands of alarms that will be going off in this situation as power is being restored.

Cut power and hope the authorities go scrambling to find that one legit break in.

Alarms automatically default to battery when power is cut, they don't go off and I've never heard of one going off when power is restored.

They're not supposed to, and I agree to a point.

We had high winds a couple years back. Kept surging power, several businesses and especially the Pharmacy we're affected.

The Alarms kept going off all night and most of the day. Local police finally stopped responding during the course of that event.
This has happened before, and always during bad weather.

Since then most businesses have upgraded.

Dispatchers hate this.

To me, this was terrorism. It was coordinated and made to look like rednecks.

I think it was perpetrated by people who crossed the border. It is wide open down there and our enemies know it.

All our TSA screenings are essentially pointless now as these people can just waltz right in. They should just let us on the planes now.

This would not be surprising considering that war has been declared against a huge chunk of the populace (white privilege, white supremacy, anti-vaxxers, trump supporters etc). This is what happens every time a genocide is being perpetrated upon a society. It is called de-humanization, and it should chill us to the bone as the result of not dealing with it is the worst possible outcome we could imagine.

I'm following this on the news, it is very alarming because innocent people have no heat and it's cold outside, not to mention people who need electricity to run medical devices to be able to breathe, etc.

So apparently the systems are near a small town and the townsfolk are letting the authorities know which non-residents were hanging around. I can't understand why after all the DHS warnings about infrastructure attacks that there would be no cameras recording there, considering electrical infrastructure is extremely important.

Weirdly enough she was quickly cleared by the Sheriff, however photos and posts have surfaced where she's quite familiar with the Sheriff, at events supporting him, praying with him, etc. It's probably best the investigation has gone to the Feds.

Feel very bad for the people affected, and it is definitely concerning.

Remember when President Biden said gun owners could never stand up to a federal government armed with F15s and nuclear bombs? Looks to me like maybe a half dozen guys with rifles just managed to cut power to forty thousand people in the middle of winter. Dot gov isn’t nearly as invincible as they’d like us to believe and my bet is that those responsible will never be found.

Maybe there’s something to it, if you constantly attack an entire culture at some point they’re going to attack you back.

Power still out. no suspects (reported)

www.cbsnews.com...

Moore County, North Carolina, has declared a state of emergency as power outages continue after a "deliberate" attack over the weekend in which gunfire damaged two substations. The attack left roughly 45,000 people without power in North Carolina.

Under the state of emergency, a curfew is in place from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. each night, and residents of the county are encouraged to conserve fuel.

Jeff Brooks, a spokesman for Duke Energy, said Monday that the company had restored power to about 7,000 customers. About 38,000 remain without power, and Brooks said that it's likely full restoration won't happen until Wednesday or Thursday. In a press release shared earlier in the day, Duke Energy general manager Jason Hollifield said "the damage is beyond repair in some areas."

"That leaves us with no option but to replace large pieces of equipment — which is not an easy or quick task," said Hollifield said.
In a press conference held Sunday afternoon, Fields said that the damage had been caused by gunfire. Fields said that the scene was the same at both sites, calling the attacks "targeted" and carried by a person or persons who "knew exactly what they were doing."
In January, a bulletin from the Department of Homeland Security, obtained by CBS News, warned that domestic violent extremists "have developed credible, specific plans to attack electricity infrastructure since at least 2020, identifying the electric grid as a particularly attractive target." But DHS has not issued any statement connecting the current situation in Moore County to extremism.

at this point I worry about the other shoe dropping.
these substations are all over the place and impossible to protect 24/7
I wonder that *somebody has found leverage point.
here's hoping this doesn't repeat. and that they find these perps quick.

Why do these vulnerable substations not have any cameras?

Who owns this substation?

1. Sadly we have the FBI that is incompetent and more interested in drinking coffee and securing their retirement benefit package.

2. Actually the FBI is on it with all telephone calls made within that area so if there's absolutely no telephone calls tracing the locations within that area within the last 7 to 14 days then we know it's been pre-planned out of the area and implemented as such.

3. If an event it is illegals or someone that is anti-American it's been only FBI and CIA watch list will never know who it was because they will be secretly and silently executed and of case and end of story. This sort of thing concerning national security on the personal level not the group level but the personal level is what the FBI and the CIA are trained to tackle quickly and immediately and with deadly force.

This has deep state written all over it. Now they'll say some white nationalists were behind it and never find a motive.

I heard about this when I woke up this morning but was waiting for more info before I came here with it.

The "vandalism" was synchronized and coincided with a drag storytime event. While I haven't seen any official confirmation, apparently what authorities mean when they say vandalized is that the substations were shot up.

At the time the blackout occurred a woman with ties to J6 was tweeting things that made it sound like she knew about the attacks and that the purpose was to disrupt the drag event. She was visited by law enforcement but didn't tell them anything.

I've also heard that two gun shops were looted and possibly a Walmart.

This is definitely one to keep an eye on. At least one of the perpetrators had knowledge of the electrical grid as they knew that they would need to take out multiple substations to cause an outage.

I can see that more as a cover story for an organization or government testing the grid. Misdirect the public and anyone they want to fool, so the real reason remains hidden.
