Okay.....as long as u don't start having respitory problems then u will be fine!

I did some checking on the NHS files.....Aloe will help as it contains microplasts which draw out the heat and will reduce swelling and relieve pain.

On the lesser burned areas...try TeaTree cream...the natural extracts will sooth irritated skin!

I am back from the doctors, and they told me exactly what we talked about. I have my meds-Naproxen:500mg

And I am thanking you again for everything you have done. I will listen more readily to the "advice" of my peers from now on, and won't be so dang stubborn.

Just stay away from deo spray and anything with perfum in it so it won't irritate the skin......Aloe is ok, aslong as it is cool....not cold!!!

get a bottle of banna boat aloe vera.

put it in the fridge. apply liberally.

please drink lots of electrolytes. gatorade, power ade..
