Ukr's NS Defense Stated the country's goal is to completely destroy Russia & so that it ceases to exist as a nation.
This is a shared vision and strategic goal of the US not just Ukrainian National Security Defense.

This is what stated by a member of Ukrainian National Security Defense.

The US are using Ukraine and the Ukrainians to try and completely destroy to cease Ru as a nation and civilization.
The video doesn't mention US i added in this in my view.

As currently as it stands the US is spending billions and billions of tax payer's money that could had being better spend on education, homeless, mental health crisis, and infrastructure.

Instated all that money is being spend by the Militarily Industry Complex to try and break up, destroy Russia as a nation while using Ukraine to do so.

US currently has some twisted, mentally unstable senators who would lead the world into a global war.

Historical enough i know two nations that had the same idea about Russia and i wonder how well did that go for those two nations?
The Ukrainian/US Goal in the War is to Completely Destroy Russia

Not a fan of Ukraine or Zelenskyy and of all the financing and weapons being sent by the US, but what do you expect a country to say that has been invaded shelled, bombed, and ravaged since February?

For a Country that has no dependence from US.
Just like the EU.

has been invaded

Its a proxy war that US started while using Ukraine.

Sounds like a reasonable compromise, no? Does Russia really need to exist in that sense, when you think about it? They don't need all that foreign territory.

Brawk it's a Proxy war, Brawk

No kidding and Russia got outmaneuvered.

They got outbid. Aligning with the west offered more than aligning with Russia. Don't you think Russia would love to do the same in Mexico or Canada? they would if they could. Putin thought he had a cakewalk instead the military leaders who were supposed to be bribing Ukrainians for an easy military operation, kept the monies themselves. It's why he is so pissed, he thought he had enough key Ukrainian officials bought and owned. Instead, he was likely ripped off by a couple of guys who embezzled the bribe money, weren't two very high-up Russians arrested almost immediately after it became apparent this Military Operation wasn't going to be a walk in the park.

Considering how spot-on America's intelligence had been throughout all of this, it's highly possible if this scenario happened the west may have known about this bribery plan and planned on using it to their advantage.

Way back in March stumbled upon this and it may have been close to what actually happened.

It's even wilder than the headline suggests. The FSB embezzled every dime of the billions in bribe money intended for Ukraine, which they figured was a low-risk crime because no one - not even Putin - would be crazy enough to invade Ukraine, the largest country in Europe, and the bribe money was in cash so there was no accounting. Meaning no one would miss the dough.
But then Putin announced he WAS going to invade. And the military made clear it wouldn't do so unless the Ukrainian military had been bought off so it wouldn't fight, which the FSB had assured everyone had been taken care of. But since they hadn't been bought off, the FSB had a big problem. Which they attempted to solve by leaking the invasion news to the US (hence Biden's preternaturally superb intelligence on the invasion, including assassination attempts on Zelensky) hoping that would dissuade Putin. And the rest, as they say, is history.

Sergey Beseda, head of the FSB 5th-Branch (Ukraine portfolio), has been arrested, along with his deputy, Anatoly Bolyukh for embezzlement from the state. The whole of the FSB 5th-Branch is under criminal investigation and many are also under arrest for embezzlement. For years Putin has been placing billions of dollars into the 5th-Branch budget for bribing Ukrainian military, secret service, internal security officers, and politicians. (But) Beseda and Anatoly Bolyukh have been embezzling every dime of the bribe budget, billions of dollars. And everyone in the 5th-Branch was getting a piece of the action.

What about the Ukranians being bombed for 8 years?

I say Ukraine shouldn't have started shelling and bombing it's own citizens in 2014. Putin is ending what America and NATO started 8 years ago when they installed this proxy regime.

Sad it had to result in an illegal invasion of another country. But any other country on the globe would have acted according given the circumstances. The Cuba missile crisis is a close comparison. America wouldn't allow a Russian controlled Cuba like Russia won't allow an American controlled Ukraine. It's that simple...

So that is why Russia posted that the NATO countries are an existential threat. Keep on poking it won't be long.

Its sort of understandable given that Russia has invaded their country.

Its political rhetoric, intended to rouse the spirits of those fighting against the odds to repel a bullying neighbour whose sole intention is to strip the Ukrainian people of their independence.

What would YOU do if someone invaded your country?

Yes, a quite brutal response to years of Kremlin funded Russian Militias attacking Ukrainian government targets, terrorising ethnic Ukrainians and Non-Orthodox Christians and deliberately provoking a response from the Ukrainian government.
The Russian government was in effect supporting state sponsored terrorists.

Was the response excessive?
Possibly.
But Putin and his advisors knew exactly what they were doing when they started funding those Militias and they got the response they both intended and wanted.

Another playbook from the Reich.

Have your people in another country and then declare they're being mistreated.

Obvious solution is for those people to go home if in fact there is mistreatment.

But Hitler's boy preferred a final solution to what he perceives as "the problem of Ukraine".

Cheers

To the OP - not sure how you have leapt to the conclusion that because a Ukrainian person said it, that it is US foreign policy. But hey, ho.

If I was Ukrainian, I too would want Russian destroyed for bringing war, death and destruction to my country. Russia's vile acts of aggression have just caused misery to millions - Ukrainians and Russians alike.

But perhaps rather than the destruction of Russia, we will see a revolution in Russia and removal of those who unleashed war. Maybe a new Russia will arise that is a bit more (er) friendly. Chance would be a fine thing, eh?

Russia, creating orphans for a hundred years.

Exactly.
Putin has openly stated he doesn't recognise Ukraine as an independent nation in its own right.
His goal from the outset has been to bring Ukraine back into the Russian nation and he has been maneuvering towards that goal for quite some time now.

His replication of tactics used by Hitler really is quite eerie.

I think we've shared the belief for quite some time now that it could well play out the same way for Putin as it did for Adolf.
