It was my understanding that Cocaine is compulsory on Wall Street. But it can be hard on the heart and the septum if abused. That would certainly help with the heart statistics. It is being normalized in the movies.

Therefore, with this isn't related to the vax, or she was honest and sincere when she authorized it, and wasn't part of a conspiracy.
