Saw this come in at SpectroNet.

A quake that big, that shallow, right in a populated area is not going to be good news. Video is just coming out, developing story, collapsed buildings.

I estimate there will substantial deaths from this.

Yesterday, November 21, there was a 6.2 in northwest Mexico, on the California peninsula not to far south of San Diego and registered near the coast. Epicenter was about 37km out in the ocean and 10km deep.

Does that make 3 or 4 over six in the last day or two? For sure: Java, Mexico and Turkey.
