Could it have something to do with the French having the casting vote to go to Qatar. And WHOOPS Qatar has just bought £10.5 billions of French made jets.

Apparently.

They just lost to Ecuador.

Didn't bother watching that.

England are playing Iran tomorrow.

Can't get excited about that.

I remember when the US hosted with the grass being like, ankle high.

And the Yanks wanting to have the goals widened to make it more exciting!

Thinking of going to Quatar for FIFA games or as a tourist read this first

Write a bad review of anything in the country on the internet

Spelling Qatar wrong on a Conspiracy Site is also regarded as a bad review.

You will be deported after 40 lashes and 5 Years in Prison.

Why you going so light with the old bull whip?

I ran across this article while browsing the internet and found it informative and interesting. Thought I'd pass it along.

Seems if you plan to go to Qatar as a tourist or for the FIFA world games you better be aware:

It is ILLEGAL to:
Touch anyone (even your spouse) in any way that could be considered PDA, hold hands, pat on the back, quick hug in public
Bring in any pork product
Bring in any non-Islamic religious item
Take of your shirt in public, even males
Be a homosexual
To be drunk in public
Write a bad review of anything in the country on the internet
Show your shoulders or knees in public
Everyone while engaging in water activities/swimming must have their shoulders, chest, thigh areas covered to the knees or below the knees
(penalties can be corporal-beating)

You will not be allowed in the country and the vast majority of restaurants/hotels:
without up to date proof of being fully vaccinated for COVID
without filling out a form online in advance of arrival aside from normal VISA requirements
Bring in medications for HIV or Hepatitis, you will be deported

If a female is raped she can be tried for adultery

If you go as a "worker" know that employers frequently confiscate passports and hold them

These are the things that stuck out to me. Thought I'd better pass it along in case anyone is considering a visit or going as a "temporary" worker.

Qatar says hospitality will be wonderful, the country sparkling clean, and the outdoors are air-conditioned. They hope that FIFA games will encourage tourism and more people to come to their country as they want to make it a tourist destination.

It´s 12 years ago that it was decided to have the MAFIFA Games in Qatar, people were upset because everybody knew that the world championship ended up in a football far nation which is better known for sports like camel racing and hunting with hawks. In addition to that in the winter time. And in a desert. And everybody knew that workers from outside of Quatar were held and treated as slaves, thousands of them even died.

I have only that one question:

Where has that moral high ground propaganda MSM been the last twelve years? Why did they start to criticize only two or three days before that MAFIFA event starts? And then only criticize that LGBetc thing only around three of four percent of the worldwide population are part of. Ah yes, and it was loudly criticized that no beer containing alcohol is available. No word about all that corruption BS, no word about the dead slaves, no word about the hands/head off justice over there... but Quatar is evil because they don´t praise and celebrate gays and lesbians.

Now these moral high ground white knights, those current thing wave surferes, those ball kicking millionaires, act as if they are interested in moral, moral again only because of that LGBetc thing and nothing else. If they were really interested in moral and not only money the teams would have boycotted that whole MAFIFA event nobody cares for because we have problems to deal with. No time to waste time and no money paying moon prices for electricity just to watch some ball kicking millionaires which act as the saviors of the LGBetc rainbow fraction and which have nothing better to do than taking selfies for instagram all day long and all that self exposer BS a´la Ronaldo instead of playing good football.

Qatar is not the reason i don´t watch these geniuses kick balls anymore It´s the corruption, it´s the overpaid kickers who mostly can´t do anything else than kicking balls and often are that stupid to end up poor and with debts after all the money they got for kicking a leather ball. It makes no difference which of these kickers win whatever cup, the money i own always stayed the same and didn´t get more only because some German ball kickers won whatever useless price.

I loved football when i was younger and it wasn´t such a commercialized sh!tshow, when kickers kicked for their city and not the team that offers the most money, when there was not 24/7/365 football available everywhere, when there were not hundreds of useless cups, when sports were not part of a LGBetc re-education program. They killed the funt by themselves, by their greed. No Qatar corruption BS show was necessary to stop being audience of that corrupt circus. Man, you can´t even believe the end results of matches anymore since years, you don´t know if the referee is bought by the betting mafia, you don´t know if the winner is not already determined in advance, long before the first minute of whatever match or tournament is played.

They really don´t need me to watch these morons kick a leather ball and i really don´t need to spend time on this BS circus. But not only because Qatar is not "queer and woke" enough for the always crying and demanding minority with the way too loud voice in the MSM and their "New Normal" agenda.

American football is called gay rugby in the rest of the world.

---

The Qatari minister of Labour tried to convice ECHR to class criticism of the organisation/construction a hate crime and form of terrorism in Europe earlier this week.

"Criticism of Qatar and the World Cup tournament amount to intellectual and media terrorism and psychological warfare on the grounds of racism from some parties that do not like the organisation of the tournament in Qatar,"

Thanfuly even the famously woke Court/comitee laughed them out the room and reminded them there's 10s of 1000s of orphans who are likely to be sold as child slaves, forced marriage, child prostitution smuggling due to the illegal $2,600 fees had to pay to be worked to death.

It'll be a miracle if there's not some major incidents like stadium collapses, fan deaths due to lack of drinking water, air con or toilets in a desert or major riots in reaction to a complete ban of all normal world cup behavour.

Been to that country not impressed, though I do think a large segment of our college age people should go to the middle east so they can get an idea of what oppression looks like.

Have you not followed the news for the past 10 years ? Qatar and FIFA have both been criticised since they award the World Cup.

Very true.

The criticism has been out there for years.

Pretty obvious that it would get more vocal in the run up to it actually happening.

What with all the murdering gays, migrant workers and, for God's sake, no beer!

Not that the latter is more important than the former.

As for FIFA threatening to book players wearing "One Love" arm bands, well....

Weren't FIFA THE major supporter of One Love and Say No to Racism/Hate over recent decades? May be coifused with UEFA.

Pretty embarrasing how England caved in on their promise to wear the armband but took the knee - if they gave a toss they would have boycotted the tornament and all players were violating the law of physical contact in public when tackling each other.

Didn''t watch any of it but seemed an even bigger disaster than expected as the FIFA ticket app crashed and 10,000s of fans couldn't get in.
