On November 4, 2022, Casey DeSantis tweeted out this ad suggesting God has picked her husband Ron DeSantis to be Florida's current and future Governor because he is "a fighter."

Now I asked you guys to warn me if there was anything iffy about ole Ron. You guys told me basically, "nah".

Ok so, then wtf is this? And you wonder why Trump called him Ron DeSanctamonious? I'd say the description may have been fair, after watching this ad.

I really have to question this ad, and worse, that ole Ron would approve it. Joke or not, the ad is full of fluff, and worse, potentially sacrilegious. If he had any sense, he'd fire his ad staff, and put a darn lid on Casey's mouth. Those who said Ron wasn't ready for the presidency were entirely right. You can keep him in Florida. Cause this kind of fluff is more of what we DON'T NEED REPRESENTING OUR COUNTRY.

And don't you DARE accuse me of being some butthurt Trump supporter, cause I am not. I am just telling it like I see it.

No religiously endorsed candidates for me. I'm not willing to live in a Theocracy. It's a similar reason why I jumped off the Trump bandwagon. His cabinet was full of Family members and too many people believed he was sent by God to be president. Dangerous ground.

Yea, I didn't think you would get it. See, the commercial was based on a Paul Harvey bit he did many years ago. I linked it above, but it's almost over 2 minutes, so likely well past most's attention span. If you do get some vacation time, and can spend the inordinate amount of time it takes to watch it, you may see some similarities, if you do, then my question might make more sense.
