Just last week I heard a vaccine for HIV is almost ready. No way an AIDS vaccine is the mark of the Beast though. There are medications you can take that prevent you from infection already, on the market.

the 'mark' is for the unimportant individuals...most likely a common symbol that is quickly recognized by everyone

seeing that the Name & Number on hand or forehead are reserved for the Elite followers of the Ersatz Christ King

the common peoples Symbol would be Distinct like a Swastika or another type of 'Cross' or perhaps a Zodiac 'Sign/Symbol'....

perhaps the astrology symbol for planet Saturn has merit (look it up, a tall cross with a hook attached)

A vaccine is not available UNTIL it has passed process and testing .

Fauci was up to his neck with the AIDS stuff, what a nice little disease that nobles your immune system! now, where have I heard that before? Then low and behold here comes Fauci again up to his neck splicing a virus that has AIDS and Ebola markers in it. Now we have the death rate climbing with regards to diseases that would have been preventable with an operating immune system. I read somewhere that they were putting out a drug very similar to an AIDS medication, which with the past form of these guys, will suppress the AIDS part of the COVID or the Jab, but the only problem is you will be a lifetime patient, dependent on it. Mind you it is a perfect business model.

I meet him at an IRVA conference several years ago.
He had moved to the Ukraine.
This was long after Chernobyl and just after the communist's fell from power.
Needless to say I don't think he's very good at remote viewing "Safe spaces"
