Well a quick search shows the last two did not face the same consequences because for Wolf the WH under Trump stated they would not bring criminal charges against him and in Barr’s case congress only had the power to charge him if they at the time impeaching Trump. They were not, therefore they had no authority to do so. I'll find the others and get back to you.

ETA: Pagliano-Congress voted and did not refer him for criminal charges. Lerner- the DOJ found she did not waive her rights. Holder-Claimed executive privilege and his own department did not charge him.

They call it Justice cause its Just Us and if you don't like it you can get Just Iced.

As a follow up to this news, the J6 Committee has just formally subpoenaed Trump to appear before them on November 14th. He has until November 4th to hand over requested documents.

If I had to lean on only precedent: and Janet Reno was either the
AG or even a former, the Don should tell them to pound sand.
I'm also quite intrigued by the deadline. Two days before the
Midterms we arrest a former President for being a conservative.
I haven't heard him charged with any crime since he started campaigning.

This reads like a NY Times article. Seriously. I like the way they also state that if he is going to plead the fifth to let them know immediately. Why?

I truly hopes he shows up and simply pleads the fifth. If he does he will be next President of the United States. This is all going to backfire on them.
