I haven't paid to much attention to daytime water test. Where are the plasma balls that tend to show up at ground test? They don't usually last for so long though.

The US government has paid out nearly a billion dollars (not adjusted for inflation) over the years under the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act to "nuclear veterans" both enlisted and civilian. Lots of people, especially those downwind of the NTS were regularly exposed.

And a fun video for posterity.



They all survived, living long full lives. I believe they've all passed away now though.

0.51 in that video one is already visible.. i would say balloon too.... BUT it doesnt appear to move which youd expect it to do if anchored to the water.
