Blog's Link Addresses

Found this by chance, its suppose to help you find out whose reading etc your weblog/personal journal:

But some of you that already have other weblogs/personal journals will already know this place, just thought it was a good place to look?

Although when I put my address in, nothing came back, any ideas anyone?

I think it only is able to check who's actually linking to your blog. and it's not picking up message board posts, because obviously I do link to your blog in my signature. too bad it can't actually track who's reading your blog, but that's a rather complex task for a website-based tool.
