This Doctor is considering suing American Airlines, because they violated National Health Emergency "safe hygiene" practices and protocols during her flight.

American Airlines passenger 'WEDGED' between 'OBESE people' on flight, asks for 'reparations'

Are Airlines, Stadiums, Stores, Theme Parks, and other corporations that don't follow standard common-sense safety practices during a NATIONAL HEALTH EMERGENCY due to the presence of a highly transmittable disease, making themselves subject to a HUGE number of lawsuits? Especially in lawsuit happy America?

LEGALLY SPEAKING...proper distancing, masks, disinfectants, etc.. guidelines must all be followed by U.S. companies during this Official U.S. National Health Emergency, don't they?

Only by a society that's accepted that their government will act as the parent, whilst we're expected to be in a state of perpetual infancy.

All these lawsuits will do is cement the fact that society wants the restrictions.

Of the multitude of serious problems we have in the world right now, fat people aren't even in the top 10. And if they are, we are even worse off than I imagine.

I'm sure this will increase lawsuits being filed, but how many will be dismissed because the courts will force you to prove who you caught Covid from and say that you weren't harmed unless you ended up hospitalized or dead. As usual, they will always claim that you can't prove definitively how or who you caught Covid from. That's the only way that corporations will be able to save themselves. People who die mysteriously better have autopsies to prove that the vaccine killed them before their families can sue their employers for vaccine mandates too.

In America, the population and attorneys aren't concerned about what lawsuits will do to prices, restrictions, etc.. If James sees $1million for his family, James sues for $1 million.

Agreed. But seeing the American Airlines story right after learning that Biden had extended the Covid-19 National Emergency, made me wonder how many lawsuits are, and will be in the making, as people get sick and blame a company that didn't enforce Covid-19 EMERGENCY protocols.

Also, I know a doctor who just apologized to the family for "missing" a Cancer diagnosis, due to using Virtual/Online appointments for the sick individual, instead of examining him personally. That person died last week.

We will see where this takes us after the election next month. The repercussions of what America chooses on November 8th, will be huge in several areas.
