Health and freedom are not defended, convenience is defended. The governments have no scruples, only an excessive desire to govern for their own interests following the dictates of the globalist elite. We cannot trust any government, any public health authority or the media. Independent scientists and truth-telling journalists are slandered, demonized, accused of disinformation, censored, fired and called domestic terrorists. We trust our NHS where i hail from championoftruth, or at least the majority of us do.

Everybody i know that's been vaccinated are doing just fine, the worst side effect i have personally heard of is a case of bell's palsy some poor sod developed which took a few days to go away.

Don't know anyone that's died down to vaccination, or experienced much other than mild COVID symptoms.

Ive been vaccinated with 3 Pfizer jabs with no side effects whatsoever, my mother has now had 4 vaccinations without experiencing any significant side effects.

Same with everyone else in my family and the surrounding circle of friends and colleagues.

Guess we must just be lucky eh?

Bad news for you.

The news is sweeping the internet after the New York Supreme Court struck the state’s previous stance that public employees who don’t get the COVID shots will be fired from their jobs.

Not only that, but the court also reinstated all the employees who had been let go for refusing the shot and ordered they receive all their back pay. More than 1,400 employees who were fired are in New York City alone.

According to Fox News, “The court found Monday that ‘being vaccinated does not prevent an individual from contracting or transmitting COVID-19.’ New York City Mayor Eric Adams claimed earlier this year that his administration would not rehire employees who had been fired over their vaccination status,” while exempting entertainers and athletes from the mandatory shots.

Good messengers deliver a message; those "messengers" who don't bleed their personal passions into the message; or worse still erect constructs within their message to force you to "read it" one way or another. Our problem is the weight we each attribute to one messenger or another... so the message is consumed by detraction. Any messenger which "embraces" the facts they present, as righteous enough to poo poo detractors within their message, elicits, in me, suspicion of mal intent

I apologize for being "off-topic" here.

In deference to the topic in question, despite my unapologetic disapproval of this tragic episode in global history I cannot share the "sky is falling" approach to the numerous health developments that have occurred to so many. Don't get me wrong; I too am apprehensive for the future.

It is self-evident unfairness incarnate to assure a professionally frightened populace that this was the ONLY "solution" to the impending crisis and then subject them to a never-before-seen-cutting-edge-genetically-active experimental substance. A substance different enough from vaccines that it required the rewriting of the textbook to be included within the category "vaccine." (All of that -for profit- with mostly zero-liability to those who manufactured it.)

It was wrong to organize the weaponization of mainstream and social media with the specific goal not of encouraging vaccine adoption[/] but instead, to vilify and stigmatize non-compliance.

It was a mistake to have celebrities openly display their willful ignorance going along with the meme-makers and think-tank mouth pieces, parroting hateful anger towards people who didn't acquiesce, all in convenient 10-second snippets. But they did.

Socially-driven pressures took something from me and my community; I cannot help but resent that. People were crystalized into bias based upon blatant propaganda and the exploitation of ignorance; I cannot help but resent that. Those who suffered the illness, in many cases, may not have had to suffer as greatly, but they did.

So yeah, I had a problem with this. However,

Friends and loved-ones though all thoughtful and fine-minded people took the vaccine. None were ignorant of the disjointed way it became socially and professionally compelled. All were apprised of its experimental status. Natural hesitancy was trumped by super-peer pressure.

But I see the same sad, fear-inducing and self-serving virtue-signaling, both from the side of those who are the self-identified victims and those who created armies of harsh responders to engender acquiescence. (Would you really choose to use the same tools that were used against, and not expect to become just like them?)

Most everyone I know has not complained of any issues, and very few I know didn't get dosed. None, thankfully, have fallen to the horrific side effects. And because of the constant stream of death-stories and woeful results I cannot help but feel uneasy about the future.

These are stories of heartbreaking tragedies that we are bombarded with - culled from everywhere. And I don't begrudge anyone their emotions about them. But in and of themselves - sorry to sound callous but - it was an untested treatment - not to prevent catching it or spreading it (... and whether that misrepresented at the time remains to be seen.)

The makers know what they make - don't they? The seller knows what he sells, no? The buyer knows what he's buying... shouldn't he? Wait... if a buyer is compelled to buy - is he really a buyer?
