Grrr... let me correct myself:

When my daughter went from a D to a B in math from one report card to the next

That should be "when my daughter went from a B to a D in math from one report card to the next."

Silently slinking away now...

Glad to know that there are still parents who ignored the social distancing and masking BS and raised their kids like normal.

They'll probably be the new misfit class of kids, but at least they'll have some common sense hopefully and not be a bunch of crybaby hypochondriacs.

How the F can a baby not be crawling by 1????

They're all different. My oldest was very sloow, only started even trying to crawl at about 10 months (I have a funny video of one of her first attempts, one of her legs got stuck underneath her and she started crying), but now she is extremely athletic.

One of my kids was walking by 10 months. “Reading” by 2 and a half. She wasn’t really reading, but she memorized the words from the stories we would read her. People didn’t believe it but I actually have video proof of both.

All of our kids did this... when reading a book for the 3rd, 4th, or 100th time, if we skipped a word or words, they would call us out right away. Once I noticed this, I experimented, and would slightly change a word here or there (using synonyms), and they would immediately correct me. They'd essentially memorized the entire story word for word.
