According to Zillow...my Florida home went up $17k in value in the past 30 days.

Went up another $5k from 2 days ago.

I wonder if the properties in Fla. torn up by Ian will be available for back taxes in a year. Naples has beautiful beaches.

I have something nice in Dallas PA for $125k if someone is interested. Nice place, big yard new everything inc drywall. Just a few loose ends, but imo a bargain. Dallas is great, practically a college town (Misericordia) and it's serene. It's like 50 years time warp. You don't have to lock your doors at night, zero crime. I can leave my car unlocked with the keys in it at the gas minimart. (I don't understand why people lock them) but at the grocery store it's no worries either. Still a very civilized place and convenient.
