If you are associated with Trump in any way, you could give a speech in front something white, and it would "provoke outrage" because of "white power" or some such garbage. It is like the infamous headline "Conservatives (or Republicans) Pounce".

The people on that committee could have just told the Museum people to set up the podeum in a good location. Being California is mostly Democrat, the ones setting it up probably wanted to make a Democrat statement of how the Republicans are. I used to be a liberal, remember that, I even used to do protests and followed liberal tactics for years till they went nuts and I started to question their sanity. At one time years back, the things the liberals were fighting for were good for society, I guess they now want to destroy peace in society...so I am gone. I am still listed as a Democrat in most election stuff and I actually knew some Senators and house representatives in the past in the Democrat party. Even the wife used to work on the local Democrat campaigns....we now have both switched to mostly Republican voting over the last ten years. We did not change at all, the Democrat party got irrational in our view, we actually feel bad we did not agree with the direction they are now going in.

No, i'ts not just you Seeker. He wasn't campaigning for votes, he was RAISING MONEY. You are correct.

But why do you think it is okay for a "representative" to campaign for MONEY in a state they won't represent when they win? Will he represent California or Pennsylvania? Maybe I misunderstood you, because in the past you and I were adversaries but I don't quite understand your response.

Sorry I wrote ambiguously S. You are correct in either case. Campaigning in another state is wrong and fund raising in another state is equally if not more antithetical to our principles. I have always been against foreign monies influencing local elections. But I guess that's old guard now-a-days.

How many decades have we been swamped with Nazi associations?

From the History Channel running documentaries on the Reich for years, to Glenn Beck calling out Obama, to Trump being accused of tactics outlined in Hitlers book of speeches, to the symbolism at the RNC, to the Left calling the Right Nazi's and vice-versa.

Why are they pushing Nazi's on us so hard?

Is it trying to keep the memory of the horrors of WWII fresh in our minds so it DOESN'T happen again, or are they subtly communicating to those who DO support the ideology?

Look at the lies we are being told now by the establishment and try to cope with the lies the establishment of the past have shoveled down our throats thru the media they controlled to make us cheer on their killing of people just like us trying to just get by and survive! Maybe it's just that some people are not pre-occupied with such things to that extent. It's a museum. You could give a speech at a WWII era museum and odds are there will be something related to fascism in the shot somewhere.

Nazis are the only socially acceptable villains, and they were white. We are also steeped in white supremacy. Neo-Nazis are also everywhere ... or so we are told, and MAGA Republicans are the greatest domestic threat ever.

Hate Oz all you what for whatever reasons. The sanest reasons would be to dislike him for policy positions.

But to try to create controversy out of something like this is weak sauce.

Just remember, his opponent has the same issues mentally as Uncle Joe. We don't know if Fetterman is all there after his stroke, and he is going out of his way to hide his true mental status. But, you know, the American public seems not to care if they are actually led by people with a functioning brain.
