Doctors File First Lawsuit Challenging California Law That Seeks to Punish Physicians for COVID ‘Misinformation’

Two doctors on Tuesday became the first to file a federal lawsuit to stop a new California law that subjects the state’s doctors to discipline, including the suspension of their medical licenses, for sharing “misinformation” or “disinformation” about COVID-19 with their patients.

Dr. Mark McDonald, a Los Angeles psychiatrist, and Dr. Jeff Barke, an Orange County primary care physician and founding member of America’s Frontline Doctors, filed the complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

The lawsuit names 12 members of the Medical Board of California and California Attorney General Robert Bonta.

The plaintiffs also filed papers seeking a preliminary injunction to protect their free speech rights as the case unfolds.

We don't want to live in a medical tyranny or a dictatorship where it is decided what is correct and what is not. It's just absurd and ludicrous. Not compatible with free democratic societies.

the problem is we are repeating the new liberal era and making the same mistake of science thinking of itself as greater than the gods.. the progressive new liberals where the same, globalists and world purifiers.. the welfare state a tool to cleanse the world of the wrong genes.

as movements go the Nazis killed it off when the covers where lifted on where such thinking heads..

That is until people forget while we hug their economic theories close we still live one foot in that world be it Keynes Beveridge or the rest of the new liberals that saw poverty as a genetic flaw that could be eradicated by breeding the right kind of worker class..

we can only hope this doesn't end up where it did last time at the gates of the camps..
