TotalEnergies said on Thursday it had observed "unauthorized drone activity" near one of its offshore oil and gas installations in the North Sea.

Denmark, has like other countries in the region, raised its safety level for its power and gas sector after several countries said two Russian pipelines to Europe spewing gas into the Baltic Sea had been attacked.

"There have been observations of unauthorized drone activity at the Halfdan B oil and gas field in the North Sea," a spokesperson said in a written comment, adding the activity had been observed on Wednesday.

"We have taken the necessary steps in accordance with our security procedures and are in close dialogue with the authorities."

The fact that now critical energy infrastructure appears to be "fair game" is frightening to say the least...

Not really surprising to me if I'm being honest. Now the question I pose you is this; Was it Russia that sabotaged their own pipeline? Or was it another trying some sort of false flag operation?

The question is who have to most to gain by starting a conflict between the West vs Russia or even the US vs everyone? Who knows perhaps the US is already infiltrated from within and is being setup for a fall.

Probably Russians, they are going way too far if they intend to attack our infrastructure though with Truzz in charge God help us she is doing far more damage than they ever could.

But that aside I suspect Russians though the conspiracy theory fan wants to say someone else, not going to name a nation but what about Extinction Rebellion haha, seriously probably the Russian's cheeky blighters, you know they murdered old Buster Crabb IN OUR WATERS when he was doing work for our intelligence service wanting to photograph the propeller of a Russian ship.

russia started this conflict many months ago. and at the moment the fronts are clear: russia against nato, europe and the usa (because they support ukraine). that's why it seems to me really unlikely that an alliance partner would carry out such an attack - that would result in a complete break with the other countries and who would benefit from that? maybe it was a third party? middle east? china? terrorists? maybe a natural cause?

  • Russia invested billions into Nordstream I & II
  • Then sailed undetected all the way to Poland
  • Exactly where the USNavy was testing underwater drones/tech recently
  • to blow up their own pipeline (?)

Might be helpful if they were a bit more descriptive of the type of drone.

Type can help identify source.

Source can help identify operator.

Operators can inform motive.

Drones should be shot down.

Source of your information on the US Navy operations?

The article says Navy & NATO were near the location conducting tests back in June, so not as recent as I initially thought:

U.S. Navy, NATO Recently Tested Underwater Technology Near Location Nord Stream Pipelines Were Damaged

As I understand it, Russia had already shut down NS1 months ago.

NS2 was never brought on-line after completion.

Has anyone considered that the pipelines might have been blown from inside the pipes, themselves?

Shouldn't have been too difficult to send an explosive package through the pipeline, piggybacked on an inspection robot, through an inactive pipeline.

And sowing conflict and suspicion among US and European allies of Ukraine would well serve Russia's goals; especially coming, as it has, on the eve of the illegal attempt to annex more of Ukraine.

Still very suspicious after what Biden said about shutting down NS 2.

the whole thing looks like something out of a james bond movie. almost irrational. so i would bet on russia.
the chines would have hacked something and the deep state (which i don't believe in) would have staged a terrorist attack somewhere in a big city. or it was something completely different.(;

russia didn't pay a dime, multiple European corporations and gazprom paid for it. sure russia owns half of gazprom but Americans and other foreign investors own the other half, mostly Americans. so it doesn't benefit us any more than it benefits russia. its probably a third party, like iran, ukraine, poland, saudi arabia or putin opponents in russia or some energy corporation or maybe even some terrorist organization, or just putin being irrational and trying to create a conspiracy to cause division between Europe and the US.

A picture emerging

It appears the US was tracking a sub in the region for possibly weeks, on the week of the Explosions Both Sedov & MIR Russian vessels were in the region also, some suggesting to disturb the tracking of the Sub

Also worth noting the OP is regarding Drones Swarming North Sea Gas & Oil Platforms from the 21st September to recent

Some Grabs

Saturday 23rd September

Sunday 24th September

26th September

Here's a hint.

It wasn't Russia that sabotaged their own pipeline when they could have just a switch to turn it off. There are some on here that hate Russia just because.

Really do believe anything what the media says as a fact.
