On the face of it, this seems like a non issue. To me though this is the kind of thing that pushes civil war. It isn't abortion in itself, it is the federal government saying to states that do have laws that their laws do not matter.

And its sort of a spotlight on how the DNC views everyone, it does not matter what laws are passed to stop them, they will just ignore them while waving that federal rainbow flag. And of course they have placed so many deranged coomunist judges in courts that whatever lawfare they do will be sure to last so long that no one cares and they will make decisions that are insane but our media will tell us all why they are wise and fair.

It is times like this where I do really think at lease parts of this once awesome country will be unbelievable in so many years, even more unbelievable than they are now.

A very deranged DC leadership has now and no one there is fighting it. Why, because bidenkimjung has dirt on everyone.

When I first opened this, I expected it to be about military bases providing abortions for military members. Much like my in-laws were able to be married on a military base although the state laws forbid their (interracial) marriage. But obviously not!

I won't speak to the purposes and motivations of Team Biden, but it does need to be noted that the people's rights (9th Amendment) comes BEFORE states' rights (10th Amendment), and that States are mandated by the Constitution to provide a Republican form of government, which includes respecting the natural inalienable and absolute rights of individuals. If the Feds can make a compelling case that abortion is one of our natural inalienable and absolute rights, then the Feds could legally and Constitutionally legislate abortion rights on some level. I realize that this isn't what they are currently doing and what your OP is about specifically, but it is part of the bigger equation.

I think this is important because I don't understand -- and therefore do not trust -- why the Feds (or anyone) isn't utilizing established legal and Constitutional principles for their purposes. Especially because there are much easier ways to achieve their purported aims.

People have no clue how complicated it is living in a military family.
I’ll give you a perfect example.

Let’s say you are from Kentucky and join the military. You have a child, they have never lived in Kentucky.
You get stationed in Texas and the child graduates there and wants to go to college there. For a while they were considered OUT of state because your home state was Kentucky. I believe they have passed some laws regarding this so military kids wouldn’t have to pay out of state tuition for their parents serving in the military.

There are a lot of gray areas for the military and their families and it appears they are trying to make it easier. Imagine a military child was raped and pregnant in one state, and then her parents had to move to another state that didn’t allow abortions.

However, there is no civil war. Why?

Me, I think it is because not enough wealthy people are uncomfortable yet. It pretty much all hinges on that I believe. The sad thing is that this is obviously not only about power but waving that power in your face and saying blank off. Anyway, let people with real money start seeing everything tank because of all these insane things and I think that we will start seeing the tipping point type signs.

Many of the signs have already happened.
