Personally I find any representation of the Saudi Royal Family offensive, but I guess I'm in the minority on that.

It's strange that Russia expects to be invited to a funeral after all the insults and provocations your government has thrown at Britain.
And I don’t understand who in Russia is interested in the Queen of England, especially the dead one.

Obviously Putin, nothing comes out of The Kremlin without his ok.
A taste of the future for him and Russia, left alone and ostracised with only the likes of North Korea and Iran for company.
Hardly the 'great' future Putin envisaged, but what we want and what we get in life are quite often two completely different things.

We were at war with Ireland for decades.
No we weren't....we were at war with a group of terrorists, not the Republic of Ireland.
I don't think we are in a position to judge Russia.
Why not?
But its not about 'judging'; its the funeral of our Monarch and Head of State.....the same country Putin has threatened to nuke several times recently.
Its a direct result of his actions in Ukraine, the result of being a social pariah....just like North Korea and just like Iran.
If he wants to be treat with dignity and respect he should act with dignity and respect - he'd be well served by taking a few lessons from how QEII conducted herself.
One man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter.
I respect your opinion always.....
.... but to say that the Irish Republican Army were just a bunch of terrorists seems a tad narrow minded.
They had a cause that they believed in and they inadvertently got it through the EU.
I personally think that they'd have been better off joining the UK but that is their burden to bare now.
