The evidence shows that at least 80 senior officials have participated in a concerted federal enterprise involving at least eleven federal agencies, including the White House, Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Office of the Surgeon General, Census Bureau, and FBI. The manifestly unconstitutional public–private partnership between the administration and Big Tech disregards Chief Justice Warren Burger’s warning that it is “axiomatic that a state may not induce, encourage or promote private persons to accomplish what it is constitutionally forbidden to accomplish.”

This is that thing every American knows has been happening for many years, but the Biden Administration has taken it far "beyond the pale", as if it was ever acceptable in even a minute form. This is the "ministry of truth" in your face. Of course, the administration tried to hinder discovery, but the court wasn't having it.

Not that you or I should believe we have anything more than the tip of the iceberg at this point, but it confirms what we've all suspected for a long time. Media, social or otherwise, works hand in hand with government to violate the first amendment by the back door. Sometimes with threats, more often with a smile and a handshake...

At a White House press briefing on July 15, 2021, White House press secretary Jen Psaki explained: “We are in regular touch with these social-media platforms . . . through members of our senior staff.” She made explicit the administration’s unconstitutional violation of free speech when she admitted, “We’re flagging problematic posts for Facebook that spread disinformation,” and added, “They certainly understand what our asks are.”

We all know the definition of disinformation at this point in time. I highly recommend reading the article. There are plenty of examples and admissions by the administration itself of what they were/are doing. A few remarks aptly quoted by the article makes the point better than I can alone...

Justice Clarence Thomas wrote that a private enterprise violates the First Amendment “if the government coerces or induces it to take action” the government itself would not be permitted to do, such as censor expression of a lawful viewpoint. Justice Thomas pointedly added: “The government cannot accomplish through threats of adverse government action what the Constitution prohibits it from doing directly.”

In 1783, George Washington warned that if “the Freedom of Speech may be taken away,” then “dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep, to the Slaughter.”

It is unconstitutionally but the marxist tech is all on it, so the media is bought and pay for, soo suppression does not means banning media from air outlets but using media to promote lies and deception.

No different from what Hitler did during his brainwashing era.

You control the media you control the mind, then using the marxist tech to ban members that do not follow "instructions", using bots to boost the narrative.

We are living in very precarious days, even our Supreme court is been under attack, in which constitutional rights are step on and crap on by the ruling party in charge and they do not have to prove anything they are doing to the voters because at the end they do not need voters.

The same way that they are pursuing their clima agenda scam they are pursuing a complete remaking of American base on marxist and fascist principles people are dumb and stupid when it comes to their own faithful believes on their political parties even if the party is killing them.

We are having record voters' registrations in GA, I am very skeptical on this, while it sounds good, because we have been accused of voter's suppression in the state it sounds like a warning of things to come.

I have been studying this topic for a while now, and I know what's wrong.

Biden isn't at all concerned with the Law, the Constitution, or what anyone thinks. (and by Biden, I mean Obama, who has his hand up Joe's ass right now)

They do exactly what they want, and if someone challenges it in court, they will let that play out and if it's proven they were wrong, they will continue doing what they did, until someone stops them.

Not believing me is fine, but you can see this happening with most of their moves that include going against the COTUS.

I don't know if the R's getting the house will be enough to slow or stop this, but if they get in, and things don't start to change real quick and in a hurry, we will all know when it's time to say something.

I find the timing a bit curious. Biden has been given free reign for two years to bring the country down, and just now- right before mid terms- Republicans start to fight back.

By liberal standards, we should be on the third or fourth impeachment by now, and none of the destructive bills congress came up with in their drunken power trips should have been voted for by a single GOP member.

I think there are more rino's than we know, but I wonder too if the few decent ones feel outnumbered by the McConnell's, Graham's, and Romney's.
