I caught the Youtube vid to and thought it was very uncharacteristic of him and a bit odd. He's not really a conspiracist (I know this theory of Iraq has been around for many years) and tends to try and look for scientific reason behind what he's reporting on.
I honestly thought it was almost like either early signs of onset dementia or maybe a sudden mental health issue but I'm going to wait to see what he releases next.

I've noticed a very large increase in the number of ex US service personnel on his patreon page... has he perhaps been passed some sensitive information?
He does come across as far more credible than most channels tackling the subject (see secureteam 10), so passing it to him would be a decent way to disseminate such data effectively.
But then there's also the possibility that he's the participant in a psy-ops... but as you said, he leans into things from a scientific angle so I doubt he'd fall for such shennanigans... but then, you know, Paul Bennowitz

Yep, I fully get that too. I'm thinking maybe he has details that could get him blocked on YT or something, hence the need for going rogue.
I will post on here whatever details he comes up in subsequent films. You can count on that

Cheers mate. Appreciate that!

That's very true and it would be a shame if the "aviary" or a similar group is using him like that.

To use a Scottish term, I'd be 'gutted' if he was being messed with!
Whatever your opinions of him (I rate him very highly despite not always being fully on board with his assessments) at the end of the day he's a very decent human being.
Tbh though I think he could handle himself if he were to become a target of such an effort. I imagine he has some experience of similar situations during his time in public broadcast with the BBC (a British propaganda tool positioned near the sharp end of countering Russian espionage).

That theory, I believe, was covered on Ancient Aliens.

That Saddam had access to some kind of ancient technology. The ancient Babylon thing.

Personally, I don’t think much of the theory.

I recall they suggested that the looting of the museums after the Iraq Holocaust of scum bags Bush and Cheney—of the dark side forces of America—did their dirty war. The museums were looted, and supposedly, some ancient artifacts were stolen, related to this theory.

I'd like to draw your attention to Michael Salla's study on the hidden motives of the gulf war:

An Exopolitical Perspective on the Preemptive War against Iraq

this thread may in part be referencing the "Guardians of the Looking Glass".

here is a video that discusses the topic in more detail:
YouTube: Guardians of the Looking Glass - Frank Jacob interview

I ran across this topic some months ago, and to be honest, it seems a little squirrelly to me. The above linked video is not the first I found, but it's one that I could find this evening.

To quickly summarize the ideas asserted by this theory / story / hidden-history ...

  • The Multiverse is for real (parallel timelines exist, and every decision branches another parallel universe).
  • Technology exists (the Looking Glass) that can view or listen to alternate timelines, both past and future.
  • At least some of this technology was recovered from Iraq in the 1990's.. (so first Gulf War)
  • A catastrophe of some sort is coming in the year 2030, but the shifting timelines are confusing as to WHICH timeline WE will be on.
  • Either all humanity will experience a "mass awakening" (the good guys win in 2030) -- or the Evil Elite will usher in Armageddon and nuclear holocaust.
  • Some part of the Insanity which has pervaded the world over the last 6,7,8 years (?) is the Evil Elite jostling events toward the "bad outcomes" (somehow they think they still win, but they don't have to bring all of humanity along with them).
  • The US Military was playing with this artifact after its recovery from Iraq, and evaluating timelines and events.
  • The Guardians of the Looking Glass are "retired military and intelligence personel" who have determined that there were crisis points (in 2012, 2016, 2022) that needed to be carefully navigated in order to ensure that the good guys win in 2030.

The name "Bill Wood" comes up.

Without further information, my impression was this was either pre-release-hype for some upcoming movie, or a bizarre psy-op of indeterminate purpose, or my last chance to join some freakazoid-cult. This video does not seem to be recruiting, but at least one of the videos I ran across some months ago seemed to imply that joining the Guardians was an option for certain elect individuals... (if you drink this kool-aid and send us your personal information before midnight tonight!).

Usually, when one first gets into ufology, the more bizarre theories: Roswell, alien crashes, Lazar, Corso's( day after Roswell) Michael Salla’s ideas, Ancient Alien " theorists" and this kind of theory, and many others are attractive to the newcomer. If a person is just looking for stimulating theories and not the truth so be it. But usually, further research often exposes these ideas as basically without any proof and filled with holes.

Ufos are real; much of the evidence testifies to that, but the bizarro theories usually turn out to be false or very unproven.

I have no problem with bizarre theories. It's just that I think stating them as fact and not a theory is problematic.

That doesn’t mean they aren’t interesting.

And that doesn’t mean there isn’t some weird, bizarre FACT(s) behind ufos. There very well may be.

I've noticed Prof' Simon hasn't posted any videos to youtube for a few days, do you know if he's he posted his "revealing" video to his patreon?

Hi Kurokage
Apologies for the delay.
He has made a video on Patreon which really isn't fit for yotube.
Basically it's not about aliens or alien tech. It's about how Tony Blair, while studying at St Johns College, was 'recruited' by his tutors there who were all ancient babylonian scholars. And that UK troops were sent to kill and be killed in Iraq, not because of 9-11 (obviously) or because Bush Jr wanted to 'avenge' Bush Snr (smhl). But to 'reclaim' the kingdom of Babylon for the Christian faith! Ouch!
It was only a 6 minute intro though. He says he'll be doing a deep-dive into the whole sordid affair in an on-going series.
I'm a little releived that Prof Simon hasn't flipped or been flipped. But yep, maybe a question over marketing tactics on this one.
But I am gripped!
How vilified other religions become when much smaller 'blood-letting' occurs (by jews and muslims), and yet here we are in a Christian-controlled bubble with the deaths of hundreds of thousands on our very own hands.
The ancient Iraqi's were arguablly the most intelligent race ever to have lived, and we can attribute a huge chunk of our modern day intellect to their achievements. They were without parallel.
And just within the past 20 years, hundreds of thousands of them have been killed/murdered in a Christian crusade without anyone even telling us.

That seems an unnoticed motif of Republican administrations. Trump moved the US embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem on similar grounds. Israel still loves him for that move.

For the most part they try to tiptoe around overt religious declarations as an American position.

But I still have a historical problem with reclaiming the land of Babylon for Christendom.

That's sorta like a Muslims claim to anything before 610 CE. Or the Christians before the apostolic age. Or the Hebrew before the era of King David. And The actual tower of babel fell and turned into a rock quarry 800 years prior to the Pentateuch even being written. There were bits and pieces between 1200-1000 CE, but not much.

Doesn't seem like Babylon has anything but a chronological regional connection to the abrahamic religions, other than a RETCON land claim.

The Neo-Neo-Assyrian could reform at any time and say, We actually claimed this area before and after the Babylonians, and were still very much polytheistic.

Had to wait until The Phoenician before monoaltry was even a thing. And the hebrew swapped out Yahweh with Ba'al and wrote a new scripture around it. Pretty much the same people, sibling languages and cultures. One to the north. One to the south. Hebrew won.

And then thousands of years later the Babylonians came back yet again, levelled Judah, and put them into captivity. 4 centuries after King David most of the account was written. But by that time the area changed hands dozens of times already. Much omitted.

So to base a war on vague historical accounts would be like the neopagans deciding to take back Southampton for the Druids because they say their beliefs are similar.

Think they just wanted Saddam gone. OPEC didn't care.
