This took the cake HR has sent letters of punishment out to the teachers telling them they will be punished for noncompliance for not taking the tea, have they lost the plot? it seems they were suspended without pay and now Satan's little helpers have had another prod with their pitchforks. Even as the Damage toll rises they seem to be blindly pushing this stupidity. Seems a new Government didn't help much looks like the same government no change there then. www.9news.com.au...

There are millions of better paying jobs than teaching.

Wouldn't this be massively illegal?

There's allergies and health conditions that mean it's not safe for certain people to have the jab aside from the ethical and moral issues of running such a strategy.

Punative strategies and mandates are well proven to decrease vaccine uptake and increase distrust between patient and Dr, leading to avoidable death.

I've said before that Australia seems to be an NWO testbed.

Why would they be mandated if they don't stop infection or transmission?

teachers have also ended up in the unedifying position of having to be idealogues and push said ideology on to kids that we all know will rebel against grown ups telling them what they can say and think....

reminds me of my 70s childhood.. am sure it'll also create a generation that'll enjoy rebelling against the teachers..

personally i think they along with the Canadians are going through the learning curve others have already been through.. To get to the age of reason i guess you have to go through an age of unreason..

Sorry I’m in a swearing mood today but

They are going to F around and find out just like many other places.

What will happen is then they will have to hire non vaccinated people back at 2x the cost.

Ummm No, it has happened in so many industries. NURSING for example.
There were many companies that told employees they would have to get the vax by a certain date or they would be fired.
What happened is many of them left and now those companies are short of workers and hiring anyone, with or without vaccination. That is fact.

The scary thing is it actually kind of works the opposite way. Most nations are becoming more socialist over time, because it's clearly the more scientific and intellectual path to progress, or so they tell us. Nations such as Canada and Australia are fairly progressive, we are less religious than the US, we lean more to the left in general, we are less resistant to big government tyranny because we rely more on the government. We elect "intellectuals" like Trudeau because they know how to virtue signal effectively and if you dare to question their totally not bogus economics or their totally real science, then you are obviously an uneducated redneck or right wing terrorist.

The double your pay is a fact? I don't think so.

SO they're going to cut their pay but continue to 'let' them perform their regular duties. I don't know how it is there but finding staff in ALL areas of employment is tough in the USA. 900 people isn't a lot but it could be a problem to fill those positions.

What they are doing is so wrong. I hope they are able to punish the evil overlords and get reimbursed. Or quit and find much better jobs.

Those "unvaxxed" teachers should become at-home private teachers/tutors. Apparently they can make around 40k something to 50k something or around $20 an hour. Which is about the same for public school teachers where I am.
