There’s concern a booster requirement could prompt staff to leave or be fired at a time worker shortages are widespread. Rural hospitals in Wisconsin that haven’t required employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19 say they expect mandates will require many workers to quit.

Ummm No, it has happened in so many industries. NURSING for example.
There were many companies that told employees they would have to get the vax by a certain date or they would be fired.
What happened is many of them left and now those companies are short of workers and hiring anyone, with or without vaccination. That is fact.
