Dude be uptight. He be like mad trash talking all the other "gods", that were around up until then.

This um thing I guess, actually went and created the ultimate pit of eternal suffering sort of destination thingie, even more elaborately extravagant than we could comprehend, right, to doom those who dont agree into.

I've even been told, that like people whom never in any snowballs chance in hell ever heard of Jesus, if they didnt accept "Him" into their hearts before they died, they definitely went there.

He's even got this one quote, not only is He whatever a jealous God, well by the way have you ever wondered God's actual name? Well here it is:

Do not worship any other god, for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God.
Exodus 34:14

This is for real, as brazen an example as any of a ancient narcissistic megalomaniac.

Check that.

Not even the pharaohs, ya they had to be worshiped and subjects building them pyramids whatever. But they and their kind didnt invent some hell to torment the infidels... or did they??

If you can open your mind with out your brains oozing out.
That's obviously where you should start.

I mean this is highly indicative of extreme ignorance at best.

I've even been told, that like people whom never in any snowballs chance in hell ever heard of Jesus, if they didnt accept "Him" into their hearts before they died, they definitely went there.

Some body told you something and from this account we're supposed to
derive your reasoning? You haven't even provided a way to argue against
your conclusion.

Because you already admitted that your biased and only listen to what
you want to hear. All you've communicated to me is that without
knowing anything of what you're talking about. You've drawn a
conclusion that makes everyone else that doesn't think like you do.
(with not a fathom of true knowledge) A complete dumb ass.

So screw it. You're as right as rain pal. Good job considering such
a vast array of knowledge. The ignorance is all on us as believers.

Happy?

That's what they're telling people at churches, what am I supposed to do about it?

Nice cherry pick job.

The one thing, the low hanging fruit there, you make a stink about that and then bail without touching the topic itself.

It says right in that quote God's name is "Jealous".

What are your thoughts there?

If you can't even differentiate between the word vein and vain, and your username is also inaccurate, then there is no discourse to be had. Argue, or debate with fools leads to a dumbing down for everyone. I'm not picking on your spelling... it's the intent behind your argument.

I haven't "bailed" any where is my first thought.

Second your knowledge of the topic is what stinks to high Heaven.
Sorry if that's the only thing worth pointing out. But it is what is
and I already albeit in a round about way but to clarify.

Seek knowledge with an open mind. At least then your argument
may have substance. But nobody who pursues this topic with an
open mind. Can possibly end up at your level of ignorance.

I don't care about the ignorance you embrace to make your
ridiculous conclusions.

Infecting others with regurgitated bias however? well I got
something to say about that.

It's not the end of the story, it's a step. We came at that time from having a god for everything, the wind, a headache, milk of cows, birth and so on.
It was actually an Egyptian Pharao who had the idea of monotheism, also very jealous, Akhenaton. The Israelites where in Egypt before they adopted the idea.
Why does it matter? Because it's an evolutionary important mental process to seperate 'order' of the world/universe from anthropocentric (humans as model and centre for every event) beliefs.
Jesus was the pendulum swinging back, not so much the man, but the institution. Romans very fond of their (small g!) gods. And because they created the whole thing it transpired to be the pinacle of anthropocentric views, a devolution.
Because that's the struggle in the universe: order vs chaos.
Evolution from an 'intelligence' point of view is to process more data with less effort. Devolution means less data processing, in other words chaos. And it's not looking good for God, if understood as intelligence of the entire universe, the all, because all our predictions say: enthropy always wins.

The jealousy does make sense, so does the law against making visual images of God, if you look at it as necessary to move from anthropocentric views towards scientifically, metaphysically and psychologically proven facts, about who we are, what the universe is and what our place in the universe is.
Evolution of intelligence on pre-school niveau.
Yet surprisingly hard, because humans so badly want to be the centre of the universe, but are in reality primitive, messy, 1/infinity tiny 'atoms' of the gigantic intelligence that is our 'God' the All.
... If anything it would appear God wasn't jealous enough.

If I may Madam, I do find the flow of your writing skills and
scope of your knowledge staggering indeed. As usual with
people capable of such an IQ as yours. They end up as they say,
"unable to see the forest for the trees".

Case in point

If anything it would appear God wasn't jealous enough.

I see what you did there, making God fallible.
But at the same time you make him unworthy
of the very definition of God. And that's not who we are
discussing here.

If we are going to discuss anything about God? Stripping a way any part
of him can't be considered. No fallacy can pertain to God just by the
definition of the word. You want to make God fallible? Change the
definition first.

Also you know God makes no half measures. Look what he did to Tanis?
Sodom and Gomorrah and Tyre. And other sites around the world.
Decimated completely with even their gods of stone scorched by
a heat that was capable far beyond anything men could imagine.

Ezekiel 30 14
14I will lay waste Pathros, set fire to Zoan, and execute judgment on Thebes.…

Zoan Biblical for Tanis

I hope you see little by little those who gave you great knowledge mixed
lies with it. The Bible says no more Tanis and what do we find of it today?
He literally laid waste to all of Egypt. We see it in the record even tho it is
mostly ignored. Because the true history doesn't work for those concealing
it. You're smart, no not the right word. You are very intelligent my lady. I
know sooner of later you'll see it.

I didn't. I don't know how that's what you're taking away from what I wrote?
I gave you the definition of God as intelligence of the All. And the problem is humans want to be the centre but aren't, that's why they keep worshipping their own image.

I can't stop you from making your interpretation of what I wrote but I didn't say or imply anything you read into it.

Because that's the struggle in the universe: order vs chaos.

I find them to be interesting concepts as they reflect the imposible feat to try and find the perfect circle. So far pi is still giving us the finger.

Is it really a struggle? I would say it's the reason for change.
when you subtract or add new information to a system, it takes a while to find its most effective Form.
It seems we arbitrarily consider the process chaos and the settled Form order.
Also order seems to imply that there is no more room for improvement, as new information added would create chaos again.

On a psychological level, it seems that chaos or change is what motivates us to create order and stability. With each evolutionary step we turn part of the chaos into order.

Oh so proud of that feet we hold on to that new order, as long as possible, it promises stability, a safe place from chaos. Can't add can't subtract.
That we are actually working against ourselves seems to not bother us that much, , hall hail to stagnation

The smaller the loss or gain of information in a system the smaller the disturbances and the faster it finds order again.

As change is the only constant, you can assume there is always new information coming, at some point the system will have to assimilate it or crumble under it's weight. It seems we go for the hard lesson, not the steady...
