Cool. I feel that was disclosed as soon as the Pentagon 'confirmed' (probably by plan) the tic-tac encounters were authentic.

If we are acknowledging not "man-made" then we're ruling out Russia and China as the home of the tic-tacs, which is what a trans-medium whatever probably alludes to. Either that or the Area51 prank caller with the interdimensional beings was right.

Ruling out secret black project of humans from any country were have some gaps in our understanding of the universe then. We are in Sci-fi territory. Infants that are most certainly not as special as we thought. Maybe even things to experiment on and study like we'd study the savanna.

And they're getting here somehow. And screwing with us mightily apparently. This is awesome for people like me who were once convinced there was an actual injoke in Stargate SG-1's production company, "Double Secret Productions".

And now I'm wondering if there really was a battle over Antarctica at some point.

I can not believe we have our government admitting that there are aliens. The things that have been seen by the masses is now a fact. The government’s role is to protect the people from harm no matter where that comes from. What Choice do they have but to be armed and ready for such a threat. Let’s hope that’s not the narrative.

It’s natural for the US government changes its outlook. Over time thinking changes; the old-time ideas like religious dogma ideas about protecting America's old belief patterns and security obsessions fade away, and newer thinking emerges.

A “cross-domain trans medium” threat is one that, by the Pentagon’s definition, can move from water to air to space in ways we don’t understand. In July, the Pentagon announced it was opening the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) to investigate these threats.

Oh, alright then , I'll help you to understand.
Like Cliff High says , Humans use funny word
combinations when they are unconsciously,
and/or psychicly , (and perhaps even covertly)
and maybe even psy-op-ly "spilling the beans"

Anagrams for "Cross-Domain Trans Medium Threats" :

1) Communists in armored death stars!

2) Damn! Communists/Terrorists ahead!

3) Standard Earth Communism Stories.

Kinda like what Fox Mulder said : "The truth is in there"

Go get ' em Star Commander!
And remember: One lousy Gold Star is no match against
Fifty Mighty White American Stars!
God Speed Good Sirs ! God Speed Indeed!

trans medium, does that mean crossing dimensions and going through black holes and stars?

it's Star-Lord, btw.

groot, gamora, drax and rocket are waiting!

this conclusion didn't surprise me one bit. We are being visited, and have been visited for maybe thousands of years.

What "conclusion"?

I see a bunch of sensationalized claims that don't reflect what the act actually says which is:

www.congress.gov...
"Temporary nonattributed objects, or those that are positively identified as man-made after analysis, will be passed to appropriate offices and should not be considered under the definition as unidentified aerospace-undersea phenomena."

To re-phrase more simply, that says if it's identified as man-made, don't consider it unidentified. So if a meteor sighting is not verified as "man-made", it can still be considered unidentified, but that doesn't mean there are aliens on or in the rock (though I suppose there could be, since we looked for alien life forms inside mars rocks that fell to earth, like Alan Hills 84001, but they are unlikely to be intelligent life forms).

Anyway, some people are getting overly excited about this when it's really not what it's cracked up to be by the stories circulating.

“This implies that members of the Senate Intelligence Committee believe (on a unanimous, bipartisan basis) that some UFOs have non-human origins. After all, why would Congress establish and task a powerful new office with investigating non-“man-made” UFOs if such objects did not exist?”

Some objects are not man made

Most of the things that are spotted are really Russian and Chinese hypersonic test vehicles, and they are a threat.

I recommend reading the actual text of the document from congress, instead of a biased interpretation of it by an unreliable source like Whitley Streiber.

If you saw the UFO congress was looking at that they couldn't identify, it could have been a mylar balloon, but the video quality was so low that they may never be able to positively identify the UFO (as man-made or otherwise, but if it really is a balloon it's man-made). So in that example, the balloon which they couldn't identify as man-made would not be moved to the man-made classification. That doesn't mean the balloon was alien, though that's what Whitley Streiber's biased interpretation suggests (though he fails to mention that some balloons may never be identified as man-made, they might remain unknowns in low quality videos).

“cross-domain transmedium threats

What the "F" does this mean?

Never mind. I read further and see the definition.

Cross domain sort of like "amphibious" . Trans-medium is almost the same. The vehicle can negotiate a variety of "mediums" (Air, water, space, etc.).

It's always what I figured it meant, just felt like throwing that out there.

Transmedium…..

I suppose traveling in dimensions as well, but who the hell knows what that looks like?…..
