Whichever way you look at it we're screwed and so is the Conservative party whichever of the two evils get in. It is interesting to watch a bit of a groundswell amongst the Torry membership becoming more vocal about Boris remaining leader and saying they would vote for him rather than either the other two, that's 60% of them on the last poll. That's a higher percentage than the other two COMBINED!

I think it would be interesting at times like this, when MP's turn on their own, that yes the party whittle it down to two camps, but also the presiding leader is also included. I say this because of the 60%. I wonder how many of the Tory MP's would listen to their constituents (particularly the ones who voted in favour ow Boris in this case) and would have thrown their hat into the Boris camp? Surely if MP's being elected by the people, then paid up members are 'your representatives' as it were, between us and them (the MP's). The voice of the rest of the Conservative voting public. If the standing MP/PM wins membership vote (public confidence) then there would be no need for follow up elections as so often happens. The 'people' will have spoken. That I believe is the real problem here, Boris, whether we like him or not, he somehow connects with people, which the other two and many others in the party do not by a mile.

The UK will be on a hiding to nowhere if he gets voted in, but the alternative choice ain't much better.
I also read/heard that 60% now of the conservative membership want Boris to remain as PM. Can't find a link for that now either.
The headline is a little misleading as it is Sunak's father in law who owns the company

The father of Sunak’s wife Akshata Murthy is the founder of Infosys a hitech company that provides digital tracking and security for banks across the globe. Infosys is listed as an official partner of the World Economic Forum (WEF), who are reportedly developing the technology to implement its “social credit score” system.

The Sunak family company is also a member of the WEF’s Partnering Against Corruption Initiative (PACI), which includes cross-industry representatives from the world’s largest corporations. The National Pulse recently exposed how the initiative, which purports to fight for transparency in business practices, is the former CEO of Reuters who now serves as a board member at COVID-19 vaccine maker Pfizer a company that is entirely opaque with it's own business practices.


Sunak himself has a history of being soft on China, telling the Telegraph that he wanted a “complete sea change” in relations with the Chinese Communist Party in favor of increased trade ties and economic collaboration. China, in turn, has endorsed Sunak’s candidacy.

He's definitely a globalist to be avoided at all costs, which is why conservative party members - good pro-British, pro-independence patriotic people, are giving him a big fat NO in the leadership elections! We just need to make sure we capture Liz before the globalists brainwash her completely

Interesting too that apparently 60% of Conservative members are making noises that they want Boris to remain as leader of the party/PM.
I'm not wholly sold on the possibility that Boris is NOT WEF...... look who he's married to and her connections. Then of course we have Boris' dad, the novel he wrote and declares himself a eugenesist.

Agree, he came out there a 100% changed man, it was a stunning shift

As for the wife, agree she's a honeytrap, huge mistake for him, but the guy thinks with his small brain, it's his downfall
