Well he's in a bad place. His team kept screaming to release it. They didn't think he would, so they could say what they want. Garland said, ok sure. Now, what do you do? If you block it, then you were full of bs screaming release it, you don't really want people to see it. If it's released, we see what you really had and did. You put out an altered one, they unseal the real one and you're even more in a pickle.

The warrant application was submitted last Friday. It wasn't until Sunday or Monday that those pictures were posted. So, no, they did not factor into the warrant.

I suppose that the person who took the pictures did so a while ago,
right? Just because they were not released at the time of the warrant
doesn't preclude that being in the sworn affidavit.

with a situation like this, with such massive political implications, if the President wasn't briefed, there are idiots in charge, and I mean everywhere. You would have to be pushing the agenda and forgoing common sense to argue otherwise. There is no chance at all he didn't know. None.

There's no way in HELL that the white house didn't know about this. I'm not going as far as to say that Biden himself knew, I mean he doesn't know if he's going or coming, but the people around him pulling the strings, they had to of known. And if nobody knew, that just shows how the FBI has really gotten too big for their britches.

It seems ridiculous to think they would have taken her clothing.

Though, I do remember one of the sons saying that they acted
inappropriately. That isn't a lot of detail though, but I can honestly
see that if men were rummaging through her clothes, hangars and
straps on gowns etc, its a real pain lol. They might not have been
intentionally destroying her stuff, but I can see it. I have messed
up my own closet looking for things

But, if a stranger did it I would feel very much violated.

Where did I ever claim anyone said anything, I mean besides the scream of release it. Just about 80% of ats posted links for that. Garland did say they were filing to release it as well. Again, a whole thread on that.

I said "now what do you do? " I didn't claim they have done any of it yet. Now, if you are somehow unfamiliar with the 2 statements from the Trump team and his followers,or Garlands statement, I will happily get you links for them.

I read that the FBI has ordered Trump to turn over the footage,
and I imagine that it will not see the light of day because of that.

What is really frustrating, is it seems that Trump plays by the rules,
and he tried to respect the FBI and let them come to his house
and look though documents. So if the FBI ordered the footage
to be turned over, I am going to bet Trump turns it over.

Just hope he keeps a copy. But...I am guessing that the FBI
will claim privilege, so even keeping a copy might be illegal.

But another question; The FBI ordered the system be turned
off, and no one did that. I don't know how anyone could have
if they were not allowed inside. Also what was going to happen
if they refused to turn it off? Was the FBI going to shoot them?
Arrest them? Also, why did they purposely go while Trump was away?

I hope they do agree. There is a just posted story, but it's the WP and behind a paywall that found there were classified documents relating to nuclear weapons in the bunch. If anyone pays for a subscription, here's the link.
