It appears that this raid was illegal, it is misconduct.
There are many violations, misconduct and violations of civil rights.

Merrick Garland must resign or face impeachment.

This can not be left to stand as a precedent without consequence.

NARA has been requesting these documents for over a year and a half. The DOJ reports that Trump's lawyers were stonewalling them. Apparently the FBI thought the only way these documents were going to be returned is if they went in and got them.

Now, ask yourself, why is Trump being so difficult in just handing over some documents? This doesn't seem like a situation where it should have even gotten to a point that the DOJ had to send agents to MAL to negotiate the return of the documents with Trump's lawyers, let alone a search warrant needing to be issued.

I feel like any normal person if they were told they may have removed documents they weren't supposed to they'd say, "My bad," and return them to the proper party. They wouldn't spend thousands, if not millions, of dollars bringing lawyers in to negotiate the return of the documents.

The “he said she said” is irrelevant.
There were ongoing negotiations, both report this.
The next step was not kick his homes door in with FBI agents.
Period
His civil rights were violated
Period

It is worse because it was ORCHESTRATED AND APPROVED BY THE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION.
Government sanctioned civil rights violations.
You know like they did to mlk and Malcolm x.

How you can not only excuse such but seek to justify it is bizzare.

So is Trump suppose to get a U Haul truck and sort out all this paperwork himself? Paying someone else to do it sounds reasonable.

It's obvious the truth isn't something you are interested in, but the interview with one of Trump's lawyer was enlightening. Previous page. She claims that in June, Trump let the FBI come in and look at all this. He said they could look at everything, he had nothing to hide. Now lie some more, it's fun to watch.

It almost seems that Garland did Trump a favour.

I’m hearing a lot of news reports up here that seem to side with him on this one. Either quoting others that state that this was over reach on the FBI’s part or outright stating it themselves.

HELL is coming to the DOJ in 7 months.

But before then, they will lash out at America-First MAGA individuals (Elise Stefanik, Marjorie Green, James Jordan, etc..) like you can't believe.

Raids, Horse Heads in Beds, Beatings by MS13 in the streets, etc..

Trump said in his statement today that he now understands why people are often WISE to plead the Fifth. That he was mistaken to think only guilty people would do so.

If the DOJ doesn't charge Trump with something big soon and doesn't do so in a transparent manner this certainly will be a major political loss for the Democrats. Even prominent liberal politicians and news outlets are saying as much.

The question is do the Democrats now have something big? Or have they become complacent with the nonsense charges they have been leveling for the last 6 years. Have they drunk to much of their own koolaid?

I don't see how the DOJ can recover from this if its just about a few classified documents and truns into another drawn out political circuses ment more to win votes than prosecute the guilty.

Is Garland the kind of man who cares more about the DOJ than he does about political vendettas? I hope its the former for the sake of the US.

I think this was all done on purpose. Think about it

The J6 farce has been putting pressure on AG Garland this whole time. But Garland knows he's got nothing on Trump as fat as J6 goes, so he pulls the trigger on this absurd raid. Now when they put pressure on him, he can say no because it would do a great deal of damage to the democrats and look very banana Republic ish.
