Democrats Staging An Illegal Federal Takeover Of Elections

In June 2021, Democrats attempted the so-called “For The People Act” which, among other things, would eliminate most states’ Voter ID laws.

The legislation failed in the Senate, presumably in part due to conflicts with existing laws regarding voting.

After the attempted legislation failed, Vice President Kamala Harris revealed the Democrats’ fallback strategy.

Since the legislation hadn’t worked, the Biden Administration was resorting to executive orders.

“And then it is a matter of continuing to do the work of executive orders, doing the work through the Department of Justice, which has been litigating these cases in the various states,” Harris told CBS News, “because we believe they are a violation of the spirit of the Constitution of the United States.”

The order essentially accomplishes through executive action what could not be accomplished through lawful legislative means, due to legal conflicts.

Daily Caller stated on the subsequent executive order:

“In May 2021, President Joe Biden signed an executive order directing federal agencies to turn into the Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy, “a strategic plan outlining the ways identified under this review that the agency can promote voter registration and voter participation.”

Once again Democrats are attempting an end run around of the US Congress as well as the Constitution. Trying to accomplish their federal take over of elections, which Congress could not do, apparently the new idea is to use Executive orders. They would be able to undermine several state laws on voter ID requirements, they could allow mail in voting.

If Biden / Harris do this then they need to be impeached.

I'm a trained election worker who is concerned about election integrity, and now my safety.

I'm currently involved in a situation where I may have been treated unfairly, unequally, and in violation of the law. I currently have a FOIA request in with my local Sheriff's department in an attempt to attain documentation into the event.

Additionally, I may have become targeted and part of an entrapment attempt this weekend that failed. It failed because I'm a law abiding citizen that's not about to get tricked into doing anything stupid that would jeopardize my freedom or safety. Eliminating all Voter ID, they open floodgates for counterfeit mail ballots and easy pre-printed and checked-off ballots for transportation from polling places to central counting locations. The count rooms set the signature verification scanners to "low" and whaaaa-LA. Even if they set the scanners to "Normal" and loads of ballots are "caught" and "flagged", they'll simply have more extra ballots to set aside as "rejected". 🤐

Lot of illegal moves being made by the biden regime as of late.

Of course the Democrats are going to try. Worked last time, what other realistic option do they have to hold onto the power?

Attacking the states independence in conducting elections is more about centralizing the election process and making it easier to steal. The integrity of the democratic election process is at stake.

Secondly the US is not a Democracy. It is a Constitutional Representative Republic and there is a difference. Our system of government is designed to prevent tyranny by the majority.

FBI agents raided Donald Trump’s residence in Mar-A-Lago, Florida on Monday, in a move the former US president called politically motivated persecution.

It's a shame our public education system has been corrupted and our children are taught such nonsense. My father use to tell me as a child "son we're only one generation from everything being lost." I now understand what the old-man was telling me all those years ago.

The USPS is operated by the federal government. Having their own special division and "election mail strike teams" to handle mail-in ballots of individual states is a slippery slope.

When you think about it, there should be no reason at all why the USPS (or anyone) should have any knowledge about the contents of mail. I personally don't understand why we make mail-in ballots so obvious in the mail system. It's suspicious and insecure. The only information that should be visible is the To and From addresses, everything else should be completely secret.
