Help Finding A Video of Gates Of Hell

I'm trying to track down a video of Bill Gates (of hell).

In the video clip he is talking to a group of people, they might have been students ?????, and he says something along the lines of;

"we don't want people developing their own antibodies", or something like that??

Thanks but not that. I'm talking about waaaaaaaaaaaaaay back prior to the release of the injections, early 2020 I'd be guessing.
