I think all those dead people and combatants on both sides families and loved ones might see it as somewhat more than theater ancientlight.

And why does it need to be and ether or situation, NATO is a defensive organization where countries can apply to join all of their own volition.

A better question one may ask would be how come so many former Warsaw pact countries have chosen to become NATO members?

Could it be fear of Russian aggression per chance?

From what I remember reading, Putin was a young global leader for WEF, but had a change of heart apparently and I also remember reading that Klaus refuses to talk to him anymore and banned him or such. So possibly he's our ally against the WEF
