Well it could of been raised by the Communist Party of Great Britain but as I'm not a communist I don't know the details, there were massive strikes during the 20's so it could have something in connection with these events.
I'm happy to admit gaps in my knowledge without serching the 'net, that proves nothing.

There are over 20 separatist movements in Russia, I'm absolutely certain that RT et al do not support their desire for freedom, independence and democracy.
