Dreamwarrior, daydreamer, nightrider and curious

Hi all! I come bearing goodwill. In a world of so much chaos, hate, disinformation and division I choose to love unconditionally. I choose to treat people the way I want to be treated, with kindness and love. I often wonder if we did have an encounter with extra terrestrials if maybe we the populace of the world could lay down our differences and come together for the good of our species and maybe even other species such as animals. As my opener suggests I am a daydreamer so I can daydream right? If only, imagine what we could accomplish. I digress however. So I am a frequent lucid dreamer and I love it! Mostly I fly because it is exhilarating. Unfortunately I have frequent nightmares as well and I am not so good at controlling those. Though I have begun being able to shoot lightning from my hands to immobilize or destroy my attackers. My nightmares are the stuff of nightmares and mostly consist of sleep paralysis, demons and ghosts. I'm curious does anyone else have the kinds of nightmares I do? I call them the "trial dreams" they consist of me having the same frequent dreams (same places and often similar antagonists) they seem to go on forever and the longer they go on the stranger and more terrible they become. I call them the trial dreams because often I am trying to get through to a point where I can wake myself up, and it seems harder and harder. Sometimes I literally have to throw myself out of bed or scream for help from my fiance. She knows about these dreams and so thankfully she will shake me awake if she hears me begin to moan or scream. Often I awake in terror and then just sob uncontrollably. They are awful awful dreams. I have begun keeping a dream log though and will share them with anyone who is interested. I have always been interested in the strange, dark and mysterious ever since I can remember. I have this feeling where sometimes I have flashbacks or yearn for places I have never seen. I feel that dreams are important for some reason and I also feel like there is more to our world than meets the eye. The thing I really wanted to talk about though is if anyone remembers seeing a video between now and about 5 to 10 years ago. It was called something like "NASA scientist talks about aliens" or something like that. It was a series of 4 to 6 videos that start out with the narrator whose voice was disguised talking about aliens that move through sound. The videos became increasingly odd and eventually had a sort of satanic or luciferian flavor to them. There was a clip of what thebaliens sound like and it made my blood run cold for some reason. Also there were binaural beats in some of the videos and I couldn't ever make it past like the 3rd one because inwould become ill listening to it. Also the narrator said something like " as you listen to this you will be visited by these entities who will materialize where you are in the room with you" at this point I nearly # my pants. I had to turn it off because it scared the living # out of me. Does anyone remember this? Peace and love to you all. Sorry if I rambled on too long.

Welcome. You're at the right place. I used to have nightmares but not so much any longer, or at least I don't remember them but would definitely be interested in your logs and I'm sure others will. I am not familiar with the video your talking about but hopefully someone here will know. I do have the dreams where I wake up yearning for places I've never been and often never see the people's faces in my dreams but want to stay with those people. My heart aches after I wake up if that makes sense. Both of my parents have passed away and several friends, I've just assumed the people in my dreams are loved ones.
I've read a lot lately about portals on earth that beings from other dimensions may be using to come here and there are several theories as to why they are coming here. If you haven't seen it the documentary called The Secrets of Skinwalker Ranch that I enjoyed. It's on the history channel but I had to Netflix the first two seasons.
I look forward to hearing more.

Uploading Pictures unto Post-2013 ATS, Serving up member's pictures and snapshots since the retooling of ATS back in 2013, and here's a little secret on your Picture uploads. Always make sure they 'end' with one of these three formats; jpg, gif, png... (a jpeg needs to be changed to .jpg to be accepted as only 3 letter formats are accepted).

There's a lot of great spots to explore and share your comments in. Being this large it's safe to say that not everyone is going to agree with what you might say. And actually that's a good thing as this allows all voices, theories and ideas to come out for discussion.

But be aware that sometimes, people's conviction's can get the better of them and they might attack the person and not the subject being discussed. This is when the T&C's are your friend and on your side. Please notify us of 'their offense' immediately by using the complaint/alert feature. To report an offense, find the little "top-torso-person silhouette" to 'click-on' in their avatar/meme area, make sure the post that your wanting to alert us about is where you click 'that alert' from. Some areas will require a thicker-skin for discussion and debating and they can get rather heated (in certain arenas). Other areas require you having an open-mind and a need to consider thoughts and theories that don't fit the 'norm'. Welcome Dreamwarrior76!

I think fear is a more accessible emotion than love, I can't help but think fear would drive our reaction to an alien presence revelation. When I consider aliens it's usually an invasion and if they're here and haven't yet I'm going to conclude it's because we'll nuke everything making the endeavour pointless.

Or maybe we're just too darn aggressive to approach!

I also think fear is a defining part of nightmares too it's possible to learn how to turn them into stressful dreams, ATS is a great place to learn about stuff like that whether it be from a biological and diet aspect to the more out there stuff.
