The word jab has been popularised to draw attention away from the actual process taking place.

You know fact check is a fake site that was founded by CNN reporter, they are an arm of CNN, rabid dogs pushing agendas.
Taking into consideration that Pfizer money is imbedded into anything CNN news does, fact check can not be trusted.

COVID vaccines are linked to heavier periods for many – new findings from large study
Gabriella Kountourides, University of Oxford

We don’t yet fully understand the biological mechanism behind cycle changes linked to COVID vaccines. But changes to menstrual cycles usually stem from one of two routes: hormones or inflammation. A vaccine works by provoking the immune system to react to exposure to a disease, which can influence inflammation.

Did you read it?
"Meanwhile, many people have reported changes to their menstrual cycles after COVID vaccination. The largest study yet on this topic has just been published, finding that 42% of people who regularly menstruate reported a heavier period after COVID vaccination."

Looking at the YouTube video, looks like your source is TrialSite News. I looked them up. Lo and behold, they are not a legitimate news site. mediabiasfactcheck.com... It's always good to fact check before posting stuff like this.
Overall, we rate Above Top Secret a Right Biased Strong Conspiracy website and discussion forum based on the promotion of unproven or debunked claims.

Reports of cycle changes after vaccination is not a new phenomenon. A 1913 study showed heavier bleeding after typhoid vaccination. Similarly, a 1982 study on hepatitis B and a more recent one on HPV found changes to menstrual cycles following vaccination.
My response was relating to the source used by the OP, which claimed that 40 percent of women were effected.

It's true that around 42 percent of women self reported changes in their cycle, it's also true that these women include people who took the JJ and AstraZeneca vax. Which isn't mRNA based.
Most participants had received either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines.
TextTLDR: A paper was published in October showing how the mRNA vaccines could massively impact ovarian and breast cancer risk. Two scientists linked to the NIH and Pharma conspired to remove it from publication - putting a generation of women at risk.
It involves the discovery late last year that a generation of women exposed to the SARS-CoV2 spike protein could be at significant risk of ovarian & breast cancer - and two bearded PhDs in influential positions went out of their way to make sure that information was buried. Because, who cares about women when you are trying to save the world, right?
