I am sure a lot of people on ATS think Trump would be a great second term president; and their initialed to that opinion. I am not one of them, I think the country can do much better .... but I am also not so emotionally driven that I get all bent out of shape over the fact that he told his political supporters to "fight" even when he knew he had lost ... telling your political supporters to fight on politicaly when you are lossing is what your supposed to do when your lossing; I'd be more astonished if a lossing politician told their supporters to pack it in and give up. What kind of leader does that?

Did some hear his speech and take the fight to far? Sure, it happens all the time and we don't pretend our democracy is in Jeopardy because of it. Our Democracy was born from the aches of war, survived a civil war, two world wars and countless other challenges. One protest at the Capitol where the worse violence was visited on one of the protesters is a nats ass of a problem. People need to grow up and move on.... and if you don't understand that, than its on you.
