Not sure how you are using the term False Flag. That's usually a distraction from real events. Are you saying the announcement of aliens visiting us will be false flag to distract us from what's really happening? If so I would agree with you. Governments can make this announcement at any time. There's now way to prove or disprove it at this point. We could have technology from a previous advanced civilization from Earth that appears alien. Or we may have just developed it ourselves and kept is secret.

Once we're indoctrinated to the building narrative, or officially "Disclosed" if you prefer, "Aliens" become the ultimate excuse/motivator for whatever objectives or directives are handy to the forgers of our brave new world.

I do think we'll get some truth along the way, but only enough to sell the lie.
