A $36 million Russian strike aircraft was reportedly accidentally shot down by Putin's military, according to Ukrainian media on Monday. Video uploaded on Telegram by the Ukrainian military's Strategic Command appeared to show the aircraft's damaged remnants. According to reports, the plane was shot down close to Alchevsk, a city in the Luhansk region, where the battle is now concentrated.
