I'm tired of being in a constant state of worry about this.

I started a thread about this a few days ago, that these so called 'elites' enjoy playing with our state of emotions, that it's a game and amusement to them. I'm wondering, maybe that's all it is? Maybe none of this will happen , it's just a huge psyop , more theater.
One Marxist tool is demoralization. Also 'divide and conquer' , which we have seen a lot of.

I mean , this NWO plan will need such huge changes , such risks and such destruction , that how can that be worth it ?

Or , it could be that they do have some plan, but that's not near as bad as what they've been purposely releasing? That way , when it's upon us, we would be more 'accepting' or 'relieved' as it's not nearly as bad as what they said ?

Looking back 9/11 brought changes that still are implemented today, at airports, and will likely stay like that. Things have just escalated little by little, more and more 'security measures' , removing shoes, removing belts, no liquids etc. What purpose really ?
IMO more psyop , they enjoy treating us like cattle, but that's really all it is maybe ?

I just hope we are just merely excessively worried , and mistrusting, nothing more.
I just can't remember the last time I felt hope for the future. The last time I was truly happy about something, or the last time I looked forward to something, anything at all. I know that's what they want, hopefully it's all it will ever be?

Maybe this should be an optimist thoughts thread only?
Just try to keep it as optimistic as possible maybe ?

The elites can attempt to play with my emotions, but they will not succeed with me. They are no better than I am, I am not going to be intimidated by anyone just because they are rich or prestigious....if they think I am going to believe their deceit or misbeliefs, they can kiss my behind.

After reading about this, I just got completely horrified as well. I know what you are saying about "being truly happy about something, or the last time I looked forward to something, anything at all". I am living that sort of thing as well right now and for some time. However, as a person who believes in Jesus and the Bible, then I have to fall back on that and rely on it for my comfort. Without it, I don't know how I would be or feel now about things.

I also get up each day and try hard to at least accomplish something and work towards changing my situation so that I CAN be happy or plan the future, even if there may not be much of one. So for me, when down I just have to turn everything off, walk away from any news, and just pretend that everything will be ok for a while longer and try to think of something, anything, that will be positive a little bit. I go visit someone, call someone, pray, get outside, anything at all.

Basically, you aren't the only one feeling that way and I pray that you will find something that you could immerse yourself in for a bit of an escape from the world's troubles. Of course I pray that you might look into what the Bible says about all this and trust God (if you don't already that is), since He has all this under control.

I am not good at all about expressing my thoughts when I am concerned about others and want to help sometimes. I guess I'm trying to say hang in there, try not to worry too much, and try to find something fun to do to help relax and not worry or stress as much. I just wanted to let you know that I struggle as well with these issues as do many others right now, so never think you are alone in it.

None of us know how this is going to play out, and worrying excessively is not going to help anything. It’s a good thing to be informed, but don’t take it too far.

There was a great deal of anxiety on this site in the past with the whole 2012 thing, it was really something. Every other post was full of doom porn. Guess what? Nothing happened. All that worrying about nothing. I’m not saying that there isn’t reason for concern now, what I am saying is that things rarely work out the way we think they will.

Take a break from all the doom and gloom for awhile, get into a good book that has nothing to do with politics, get outside in nature and take your mind off things. You only get so much time on this rock, and their are much better things to do than worry about things you cannot control.

On much larger scale, the bigger problem might be that people out there dont care enough, and are apathetic , and just go with the flow . If most people would be like you and us here in ATS , who worry about things World might be better place?

But yes, i agree constant state of worry is effecting head.

It’s not a game and you are not alone in your feelings
Can hardly believe the state of the world and I have always known it would happen, just never imagined it would happen
I have no doubt of “their” big plan, no doubt of the outcome, just having to endure it all, with family and friends
I am pretty fortunate, active social life, many friends but still there is a foreboding darkness of where society is heading

I believe the plan is make things untenable and send a world leader to make everything better, well, better for them to control us

Loving and caring for people seems to work best for me, satisfies my soul and brings me comfort

There are several forces at work here IMO. One is China buying and stealing both people and technical advances that are developed in the West.

Antifa and BLM was/is financed by elements out of the Mid-east and even Somalia .. Somalia with Chinese backing with money. Purpose is to sow discord and distrust while destroying the very fabric of a joined/cohesive society.

The FBI has become a political entity (add a few others into the mix) used by those (the Bricks/China) who want Americans to be humbled and playing a 2d or 3d fiddle to their world domination; if a fiddle is even offered. Not just the world but the moon and Mars are also on their domination list.

Unless there is a big fallout China and Russia will join forces to conquer near space yet I doubt China needs Russia as they have already stolen everything they need to complete their goals. China will be making heavy lift rockets on average of a 10 to 1 ratio to the west so it is not just their plans to increase their blue water Navy ships which has made the news. Both the west and china's rockets can put into orbit the same tonnage yet we make one they make 10 at probably 1/2 the cost as we are continually ripped off cost wise in the west by the MIC.

For those who will be alive for the next 7 years much of this will become apparent IMO.

As far a worry it does no good. Being aware can both be a comfort or a drain on ones spirit .......but it also does not matter as what will be, will be..... as things present themselves that is the time to act.

We pedestrians have very little power to change things on the world stage as the truly evil have the money and the enforcers to carry out their dastardly deeds.

Mutual assured destruction means little when you have 300+ ICBMs and your enemy has 10,000+ and is not afraid to use them...

Food, Shelter, and safety for you and yours should be number one concern for everyone...everything else is secondary ...safety is problematic when even your own government can bust in your door in the middle of the night for saying that person born without a vagina is not a woman.

Do the elites and a nefarious NWO plot really materially impact you when you step out the front door and walk down the street?

Maybe try getting off ATS for a while and reading/watching/listening to some other subjects. Perhaps something that interests you not related to conspiracy or culture war themes?

Was about to write the same thing, all you need to worry about is taking care of yourself and your immediate needs. Don't let anybody or anything put you in a constant state of worry, you can be aware and concerned but a constant emotional state of almost anything is not healthy.

The biggest victory you can have against the WEF and/or NWO if they do exist is to live another day as free and unencumbered as possible.

FWIW humanity has always had to have its boogeyman from the Devil on down the line...real or imagined it's a controlling mechanism if you really think about it.

You have to think like Sarah Conner and use this as an opportunity to become the best version of yourself. I went out yesterday for a few pints - its was Saturday, what else is there to do? - and at one point I popped into a Working Mens Club to have a drink with some really old mates.
As the conversation went on one of my mates commented that he was just so #ing sick of all the doom and gloom.
Its just a non-stop stream of fearmongering, from every outlet and new source etc.

People used to be told to appreciate what they have and it could be far worse.....blah blah blah.
Now we are getting told by anyone and everyone that it IS going to get far worse....blah blah blah.

You have to switch off sometime; read a book, watch # TV that is free from any sort of woke agenda or hidden narrative, watch an old movie, go for a walk in the woods and marvel at the wonder of nature, go to the pub and take the piss out of your mates, have a dance and just forget about the world.
