Ah. That recipe would not work then.
In any case, lasagna's tasty!

You should send me some more of your music to listen to if you have any other recordings.

Sounds nice.

I might be a little jealous of your lifestyle.

Enjoy!

Shacked up with a guy in his 20s. Can't tell you what a relief it is now that he's gone. No more tripping over skateboard left at the foot of the bed in the middle of the night and I got invited to do freelance work as an artist...hourly waged but it's still a trip! Hard to tell if this is the swinging 60s or the bucket list.

Today went well, Sundays are good for catching up with people, some old and some new. It is good to see the community waking up from all walks of life. It helps know that we are not alone when screaming out in the depths of our mind, WTF?

I guess preparing for revolution / evolution / devolution or what ever you want to call it, big change is coming one way or another. We don't know exactly when or how. Will likely be quick and unexpected for many, similar to the 2008 GFC. As for how it plays out, what falls and what is left, one day at a time. My fight is to stand by the morals that helped bring the good parts of this would that I like and love. With out that how can we find a better place?

Preparing for a time of war is also wise. Full spectrum dominance has really twisted the weapons to pick from, psych, media, bio, nano, EMF and who know what else? Will it converge, has it already? Anyway, the government has taken a war posture against the people with this covid and other nonsense. Keep your head up, the fog of deception is thick these days.

Enjoy your bike ride musicismagic and take your time. Who knows what happens when spending 30 min with a complete stranger in the middle of nowhere leads. Some of the best cigarettes I have had is when somewhere completely new and just taking it in.

Please forgive the intrusion but respite is absolutely necessary for your survival. Monthly one day fast from all media, ride walk to the park, lake, pond...uplifting music and reading occasionally...life is going on, will go on and you won't get this time back. Exercise...the body is made for it.

So nice to know. Hubby and I did about 14 miles this morning, so nice to be out early...bunnies, roadrunners, texas longhorns, donkeys, occasional dillo...we saw a huge, 2 ft round turtle a few weeks ago...great planet... have been fortunate to ride in some wonderful places. Rode as transportation most of my life. Feel very lucky to have had only one accident considering I rode in Chicago for over 15 yrs...nothing like riding behind s bus! I thought a tour of the temples of Japan would be a wonderful trip.

Via con Dios.

Well, this is ATS, so, I suggest reading about loosh. There's plenty on ats, someone posted just a few weeks ago. Like Monster's Inc., they actually get energy from it while it depletes you. You're job, as a warrior, if you so choose to be, is to be happy while maintaining situational awareness.

I've posted before, let me see if I can put up a link to YouTube. I am terrible with the capabilities on this board.

Here's me just playing along to a backing track, well before our move.

Apologies, I must have missed it before. I miss a lot of threads some weeks. But you play a mean guitar.

Thank you. I've been playing for decades now, and I play pretty much any style. I have been in alternative rock bands, classic rock, hard rock, and country. I was fortunate to get here and find a band that was doing what I was hoping to assemble, I've always wanted to blend country songs with rock guitars.
The combo worked out, and we're actually doing very well here.
