I do have another question if you don't mind. I did read your posts carefully, here and on Reddit.
After the event of the first attack, where your father is a witness,
You say you had several encounters with this creature, and 'communications'.
Were these actual physical encounters? Face to face?
same question for the communications.

Sounds like the second fellow is somewhat on the ball with "It doesn't matter if he is real or not, it's how you are dealing with it.".
Your main concern would seem to be if this so-called Vampire abused you somehow, and you now actually know who and where he is, then he may be doing something similar to others.
Which may be illegal and where reporting the incident to the proper authorities is of importance statute of limitations or otherwise.
Edit: And like "KindraLabelle2" suggests if your father is a witness, then he may lend credence to your claims where authorities are concerned.
A few were face to face, but most of our communication was through telepathy. This will probably make my claim less believable, but this is what I experienced.
he is transient.

What did the social workers/therapists say when you told them about the telepathy?
Do you hear voices in your head or how does the telepathic communication work/occur?

I have heard voices in the past when under certain substances
I have also been tested, and I do not have schizophrenia.

so you are actually talking about psychic attack. which is something I do believe is possible.
a vampire attack however, I have problems accepting that as reality.... but that's just me.
thanks for answering my question, I don't know what else to add, say or ask so...
good luck to you on quest for answers, I hope you find them

Ive went nuts a few times with substance abuse myself in a previous life passionbrute.
Amphetamine being my particular demon at the time, strange the kind of things your mind can concoct and/or produce when you have been awake for the better part of a fortnight.
I have also been tested, and I do not have schizophrenia.
The therapist surely could not have concluded that you were just fine, what did they suggest that you may have going on other than possible schizophrenia if you dont mind me asking?

No shame in that buddy or any other mental illness.
And sorry if i touched a nerve, my bad.
I've been diagnosed with PTSD and suffered from clinical depression myself.
With psychologists suggesting i may have possible problems with empathy in certain areas.
It's how we deal with the baggage we accumulate through life that counts.
Yeah, life has a tendency to throw curveballs like that at us.
Im glad you are doing better (assuming you are with the past tense "suffered") and I have been getting regular treatment for mine as well.

A lot of my problems stemmed from drug abuse in the past, and the kind of things that happen to you, when you choose to, or find yourself, going down that sort of path in life.
That was back in the late 90s through and early 2000s, you make your bed and you lay there, whether you choose to remain down on the ground or get back up is entirely up to you.
No point dwelling in the past through passionbrute as it serves little purpose, same as confusing fantasy with reality can be rather counter-productive and bordering on dangerous depending on how heavily one is invested in the illusion of their own world.
It's been nice talking to you regardless

If you believe in Vampires Suiren it may be worth considering speaking to someone in the field of mental health care, just saying.
